And I don’t know if I’d consider the Sierra Madre amongst these 7, but if it were, it’d be sloth, being completely unmanned.
The only other casino is the Bison Steve casino in Primm. I dunno if it’s sloth though. Anyone know?
Nah man, the Vikki and Vance Casino is Envy. They feel like they gotta one-up Bonnie and Clyde with that display even though Vikki and Vance are clearly a less interesting story

The problem with this first quest is the fact you have to go through 30+ loading screens, because they keep sending you back and forth between Vault 21 and Gomorrah.

Unfortunately a video like that would last for hours, Easy Pete is one of the most deep and complex characters in all of the Fallout games, there are many layers to him and so many possibilities that it would be impossible to explain everything in a single video

Late, late comment, but...
Probably because they consider themselves a separate "society" from Vegas, and so, you must specifically do good by them to be respected as opposed to being well-liked on the Strip itself.

How does Ox optimize this game so that the interior of Vault 21 runs at a framerate higher than 20?
Mods. Also a good computer.
Really not that hard if you've got a modern PC, and the mods on his list for stability. I'd say the biggest improvement you'd find though would be loading the game on an SSD instead of a harddisk that way your PC doesn't need to search the harddrive when ever loading a new area/texture. If you have a graphics 660 or higher(if you want the better textures id aim for 960-1080range) 8-16GB of ram, a CPU with a high clock rate 3.6-4.8ghz, and 4 cores, or more if you have lots of background programs. If you've got all that, and the stability mods you should be able to get a solid 60 in about 90% of the game.
I've got an I7 3.8Ghz 16GB of ram, a gtx 1060 6GB, and a 256GB SSD with Fallout NV, and my mods installed on it. With that I get a solid 60 almost everywhere except for the strip with the opened up mod.
Runs fine in 360 about 30/45

@23:30 Med-X is supposed to be morphine, I believe. Apparently Australia had issue with them using the word morphine in Fallout 1 so it was changed to Med-X. At least that's what I recall reading somewhere.
Poor Joana and Carlitos.....even the Omertas were not able to do what the game engine does with them - completely erasing them from the plain of reality.

New subscriber here, i just wanted to say i love your videos, especially the Fallout ones and i love what you said at the end of the "who dropped the first bomb" somethings just don't need an answer, similar to Springvale. We might not ever know what really happened but in the end, the past don't matter because what happened has happened and the only thing one can do make the best of what's in front of you. That's one thing i appreciate about the series is that most is left up to you to decide what happened and make your own conclusions.

Edward is very old and works for the Cabot family, so it's possible that he's known in the area and DC guards make an exception for him. Edward doesn't live there either, he's not a resident.
Bobby says she wears a mask because they hate ghouls in Diamond City, but perhaps it's more because she has a dodgy reputation.
