How would I take HRT cyclically if I’m on a estridol patch and oral progesterone?

I think you would take progesterone for last 14 days of cycle and try to mimick the estradiol and progest curves of cycle . Look at graph

I saw a video where she said to put on an extra patch at day 12, then take it off a day or two later to mimic the estrogen rise that occurs. My own Kaiser obgyn said to take 200mg progesterone for 14 days rather than 100 mg nightly to mimic nature.
