The first question from the audience was smart .PGT-A should be the way , with single embryo transfer to avoid the complications of prematurity in this case .lots of other unnnecessary interventions done and role of adenomyosis is controversial .this is an egg donation case and it is easy to solve if you have a good donor you get pregnant , when you talk about challenging case it should be using their own eggs.
