Thank you for sharing your story. This is one of the videos I can really relate to. Was so stressed out trying for 5 months then got pregnant and lost the baby at 13 weeks and now I’m TTC again and everything you mentioned I have felt. I’m so happy that you got your happy ending

I really really feel you in this video. Thank you for sharing. Our perspectives are quite similar, I agree with everything you said. I too set some serious boundaries - stopping manifesting, looking at the timeline, speaking to family and close friends, and went inward to focus on me. It was imperative in order to be OKAY with my journey and learn to trust, surrender, and allow the soul baby that's meant to come in ... just be able to come in, on their own time. I have had a miscarriage, IVF for 2 years and did an embryo transfer recently, and I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant. And now I'm doing everything I can to relax, stay calm and tranquil, to help baby girl grow well! Sometimes when one puts too much pressure on the outcome, and they're goal-oriented mindset gets in the way, it definitely does put up barriers and blockages. The hardest part about this journey to motherhood is surrendering and having no expectations, only a feelings of hope, desire, and knowing in your heart that it will come when it's your time. ♥

It goes to show just how powerful our minds are. High cortisol levels running through your body from stress and mental turmoil directly impacts your body. I'm an Irish 28 y/o woman and I would love to TTC in the next 1 - 2 years but it's so difficult for women on this journey as you generally don't look into your fertility until you're ready to conceive. We also do not get enough support during miscarrying and I know people like Ivana bacik are trying to bring in specific IVF and miscarriage leave from work. The mind body connection is so powerful and, although meant well, people's comments really don't help. Hard pill to swallow, but also a really important point you brought up about how there is no magical solution as you were still anxious etc. when you did get pregnant. I'm so happy for you that you got your beautiful baby ❤️

It’s such a mine field and I know that there are much tougher situations for women where there are no answers or fixes. But I suppose anxiety is such an invisible blockage that I wanted to talk about for those who don’t need medical intervention but still are struggling to conceive. Thank you for your time and comment 💘

This video coming up recommended for me has to be a sign. I've struggled a lot with anxiety and now that my husband and I are ready to try for a baby it's all i can think about. Thank you for telling me to calm down and let it happen when it is meant to happen ♥️
