@simplytravel this video is very helpful! I just want to confirm if we are bringing into japan protein bars you said they were free from inspection - this means they are allowed right?
The protein bar can be consider as highly processed foods, treated and sealed in retail container, so its ok. Of course not all processed foods is allow like processed meats.
So is BENEDRYL allergy medicine allowed without declaring it or should I declare it? The main diphenhydramine ingredient isn't even shown on the list of the prohibited medicine document that is found from the website............however when I do a Google search for it I'm seeing both yes and no for answers.
Medicine can be tricky, i would highly recommend sending them an email, they do reply within working days. If don't mind, do share your findings if they reply, incase others do have the same query, thanks.
