I remember this video. One that started me on the road to You Tube watching, 4 years ago today. The day I had a heart attack and was in the hospital for 10 days, after a quadruple bypass. Nothing to watch on tv, no visitors, just my phone. Thanks Casey, Matt and even the lost, Randy for keeping me going!
This original video was the reason I started watching TH-cam consistently years ago. Eventually it (among other reasons) lead me to move out of NY and move to SW Utah. I now work in the same city as Matt, and have had Casey’s shop work on my Suzuki Sidekick a couple of times. Both are good people. I’m happy to know them both.
This had to be a bunch of years back, when Randy was still working with Matt!! But, great to see the Winder Towing Livery again, especially on Matt's shirt!! It's been a while.
The good ole days. You and Matt are real dudes doing real work, unlike others who are getting clicks 'cause they are wrecking/breaking stuff and creating havoc and taking huge unnecessary risks on purpose. Hoping this post was a successful olive branch.
Always like to see the Camaraderie between professionals - civil and official - on a job requiring both talents. Appears to be common among folks in Utah. Thanks for sharing.
I hope we get to see a fast forward to the future when you two can work together again.

This is one of the First videos that got me hooked on to Matt's off-road recovery. I don't care what their beef is, life is too short to hold a grudge. We all would love to see them back together again. But sometimes people just have to go their separate ways

Casey thx you for posting this flashback, i remember it well, you and Matt are both excellent recovery guys and i watch both of your channels when time allows me to, I got watch myself at my age now, the check engine light came on a few years back about my vision and found out i now have floaters in my left eye and the Ophthalmologist said your brain will get use to it , it has been partially true and i think i am developing them in my right eye as well i will find out in a few weeks time when see the this doctor again, yes we have to pay attention to check engine light in our 50's and 60's and i am the latter, so thank you again, your both blessed to live in one of the most beautiful parts of USA, I am in Canada and its not a bad place either and you got the best office window i have ever seen on youtube 💯

I wonder why they don't put outriggers from the manufacturer on the tow truck assembly. Our military recovery vehicles especially the 5 ton wrecker is built with 4 so we could lift and recover the heavy vehicles. We recovered M113's, Bradley's and even a Hemit with the 5 ton wrecker

Not sure why the repost but I remember this one and glad to see you guys together on it. Wish you could get things all worked out and just bury the hatchet and let go of any animosity. Life’s too short and there’s plenty enough tow jobs and space on TH-cam for the both of you so maybe it’s time to try to repair the relationship, at least to a degree where there’s no negative feelings. I would LOVE to see that video.

@@MacGyver2154 I actually do relocate snakes if I find them near my yard. If they were venomous I wouldn’t though. Moving the snake out of my life is very effective at removing the issue. I don’t need to kill every one I see to accomplish that. But like I said, life’s too short to carry grudges and animosity towards people who you feel like slighted you in some way. It’s a lesson only some people seem to be capable of learning though, and only with age and experience. I’ve learned in my life that it’s not good for anybody to hold onto that stuff, and anyone who has lots of grudges and has issues with lots of people in their life are almost always actually the problem, not all the people who they think mistreated them.

I am independently wealthy, TH-cam is a hobby.
It's really sad to hear that someone broke into Casey's yard and tried to steal the jeep and other stuff,Casey is a hard working man, he doesn't deserve that.
Side pullers on rollbacks aren't the answer either.
In theory they are, in practice, it is best to have the other truck and person.
I just hope the Winder truck was an automatic. If not, it needed a clutch right after this recovery. Probably took till the next day for the flywheel and clutch parts to cool off.

If it's a basic Flatbed Rollback without pulling accessories or recovery gear, it's not the right tool for the job. It could be made to do more with an In the Ditch SP8500 Side Puller behind the cab or at least a second recovery winch that doesn't have to travel across the flatbed.
