Hello, because your question is of a medical nature, I recommend consulting first with your healthcare provider before engaging in any physical activity. Be well. Namaste.

Sorry, my wrists need to heal before I can do some of the exercises. Its only been 3 weeks since i fell while roller skating and broke both my wrists.

      Hello,
Firstly, thank you for reaching out and sharing your story. Your dedication to continuing your exercise journey, despite the challenges, is inspiring and embodies the spirit of perseverance that I encourage here on this channel.
Understandably, your current health condition demands caution and patience. Every person's body and situation is unique, and every exercise should align with their specific health needs. The wonderful thing about exercises, such as yoga, is their inherent adaptability. Yet, it's critical to remember that it's not about pushing your body beyond its current capacity but rather working harmoniously within its limits.
Since you've mentioned that your wrists need to heal from a recent injury, I'd strongly advise consulting with a healthcare provider or a physical therapist who is familiar with your individual health circumstances. They would be best suited to provide guidance on what practices can help your recovery without causing further injury.
Even though I'd love to offer more tailored advice, it's essential to acknowledge that professional healthcare recommendations should always come first in cases like this.
In the meantime, continue to listen to your body and respect its needs. Stay tuned for more videos, and I'll do my best to provide content that may resonate with your journey. Take good care of yourself, and know that I'm here to support you as best I can within my expertise as an exercise practitioner.
Wishing you a steady and smooth recovery. Be well. Namaste.
