  • The preference of more flexed (flexion) positions throughout our day is significantly higher from extended (extension) positions. Take some time out of your day to use any or all of these stretches!

    2. Table back extension (table height level of lower back)
    3. Kneeling full body extension
    4. Yoga Bow Pose
    5. Double leg bridges
    6. Single leg bridges
    7. Sphinx pose
    8. Upward dog
    9. Prone Y's
    10. Prone T's
    11. Table assisted shoulder extension
    12. Superman's
    13. Bird dog
    14. Prone kick-ups
    15. Quadruped kick-ups
