You know I doubt you'll ever read this, but those experiences that will light your fire, like this experience did. Are completely unknown to you right now. There will be lots of things in your life that you can't even imagine for yourself yet, that are coming your way that you are unaware of and will ignite that passion in you.

This is so smart of trivium, i wonder why no other bands did anything like this so far. It's a dream come true for JAred, it's a really interesting series showing normal tour life and rock "stars" as normal people to me, which is super interesting for me and trivium just got me back as their fan. Everyone wins

The fact that you are worried you are being spoiled and worried that nothing else will excite you is proof that you still retain much of your humility, there are not many out there that would go through that experience and not come back with a major ego.
Don't know if you are a spiritual man, but take it as you will, the sense that you want to continue to accomplish more and being given the gift of being able to play with a well known band, and still be humble is a sign that you should continue striving to do bigger, bolder things, and they will continue to come your way.

The message at the end is on point. I was at the Seattle show last night. Up at the very front and watched an amazing show . And I felt that excitement. I felt it all day waiting for the show. As an aside, ‘post show blues’ are a normal phenomenon to do with ‘coming down’ from the adrenaline high of that sort of event.
Totally normal, don’t worry about that at all- particularly if you feel a bit down in the days following the tour.

For those who didn't get it the first time, you're seeing the glass half empty. You've set an expectation of meaningfulness based on prior peak experiences, and now any time an experience doesn't measure up to that expectation, you interpret it as a loss because you were expecting a full glass.
But the reality is that with each new experience, you're starting with an empty glass, so anything you get in your glass is a gain. It's only a loss if the glass is taken away. Sure, it would be nice if you got more, or if you got wine instead of water, but when you judge the value of something based on what you didn't get, you don't see the actual value; you don't see the gain. You've applied a filter to your experience that unrealistically devalues it.
The same is true of looking at every experience as a repetition. You're seeing the similarities instead of the current event happening in completely different circumstances, on a different day full of different experiences and reflections than the last experience. That's the cause of ennui: not acknowledging the context in which something occurs.
From what you've described, you're already taking things for granted, and have been for quite a while now. To value your experiences, you have to let go of the expectations and A/B comparisons.
