- The entire ride music to Disney's Haunted Mansion attraction at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. I got this from the CD The Haunted Mansion I bought at Disneyland. It has a dark purple frame on the cover with a glowing picture of the exterior facade in the middle. The CD also includes various versions of the organ playing in the foyer and ballroom, the isolated music from the Graveyard band, the music box playing outside in the queue, the background music in the graveyard (without ghosts), all of the music in the graveyard together, and the full soundtrack to the Phantom Manor attraction in Disneyland Paris. I did not create this mix, it is property of the Disney Company.

Listening to this makes me very happy and fall in love with the ride all over again. I've been to Disneyland so many times that even without the actual video of the ride, I can clearly picture the whole ride with the soundtrack below. It makes me feel like I'm there right now even though I'm not.

We usually go and ride Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion. Only California, original.. Love Walt Disney...

So the bride in Paris is searching constantly for her husband, and the bride in this one is constantly killing her husbands. Ironic.

- The Auctioneer in the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, as well as many of the other pirates
- The voice of Captain Nemo in the original submarine ride
- The narrator in the primary school classic film: Donald in Mathemagic Land.
- The voice of Santa Claus (and others) in the Christmas classic Frost the Snowman stopmotion
- Jack Frost
- Many, many more...
But you might be most surprised to learn that he was the voice of the Pilsbury Doughboy in the TV ads.
I play this every Halloween for the trick or treaters!
I also have a little pirate that uses his voice... "Dead Men Tell no Tales AHHAAHAHAHAHAHA"
I even blast this different times of the year, and I don't care what the neighbors think! ha ha ha!

Paul Frees the "ghost host" also does the voice for several pirates in the Pirates of the Carribbean ride, including the one which states "Dead Men Tell No Tales ah ha ha ha ha" I was given a gift years ago @ halloween this little pirate head that declares that famous statement, while his one eye glares red and it vibrates as his teeth chatter. it's real cute. I take care of that thing as if it were gold (due to the fact it uses Paul Frees' voice).

I agree with you,b/c my parents were really scared when we boarded it and heard Paul Frees' haunted voice. I was brave the whole time.

I played the Toccata in D minor loud in my basement and all of a sudden, all these corpses started to bust out of the walls and the freaken floor! My neighbor was right! A killer did live in this house before us! Goddam it! Now we gotta move!!!
I want to learn all the words to this ride so when I go in May I can scream the words in the scary gallery room

Sorry but I need to correct some of you guys here. Paul Frees wasn't the voice of Tony the Tiger. That was Thurl Ravenscroft. He was also the voice of Fritz in the Enchanted Tiki Room and is one of the singing busts in the Haunted Mansion (the broken one with the mustache). Paul Frees is better known as the original voice of Ludwig Von Drake.

No, Thurl is Tony & the singer of "Grim Grinning Ghosts & "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch". Paul Frees is Master Gracey, our Ghost Host, who was heard on many Rankin-Bass Christmas specials & as the sing-song drunkyard on the Pirates ride.

It's really a shame that I'm really the only one out of my friends that favor this ride. Everyone else thinks that it's really lame and boring, but completely overlook the complex and horrifying stories that attribute the ride!
Not the least to say that some of the tales are really sad...
(By the way, any fan theories behind the Ghost Host's death? I know that it's not Master Gracey, despite what most think think him to be.)

lmfao I sang this last year in choir for Halloween and I literally screeched in absolute dorkiness and excitement when I found out we were sing it. of course, I already knew the lyrics haha. Now every time I ride it I can't help but to sing the lyrics to the melody of Grim Grinning Ghosts.

Now, your thinking, "Hurr Durr, they are two separate things" Yes, but there are two reason I made this Hurr Durr moment. I used to work @ Disney and outside the Haunted Mansion there was this tiny cart that sold HM gear AND Nightmare Before Christmas stuff. Then, they also have the Haunted Mansion NBC style around Christmas time. Sorry for the mix up! I was probably sleepy when the comment was made. lol

@MovieGuy975 I used to think the guy who played Simon in Die Hard3 with a vengence was the voice of the ghost host, but when I made it back to Disneyland after years of being away I realized it wasn't.
I guess being away so long makes you want to hear them, and the memory plays tricks.

I really think they should because it helps transition between the hallway and the séance room.
its possible they just didnt play it in this video. i know there are other little dialog tid bits that weren't said. im guessing it was just cut for time's sake. you know how anal youtube is abt the 15min video thing. B\ but yeah.... i think thats why.

At 11:14 Theres a red jacket man with a yellow scarf and a werid old face (old man person) and holds a light and looks creepy, but I would definetly look like him for Halloween (even though, i'm 17 Years old and this ride is good aswell. Great vid.
