The Crystal Lite Roof was an ordinary option for the Mitsubishi Delica in the 90's. No innovation at all, nowadaysys. It was a factory made at the time, for this minivan.
That camper was an old Mercedes. I have a 1982 4 cylinder 4 speed that someone brought over from Italy. It's very slow but pretty cool and it's a camper van.
For your next list(s) of videos do them on land craft that have a centrally mounted driver's seat, compartment, or command "module" where there is only room for one person and no seats for front passengers. Make the list(s) broad enough to encompass RVs, personal transport, professional transport, racing transport, delivery transport, etc. The one catch is they have to be real vehicles that are or were in production.
The Hyundai Porest blows warm air up my petty coats...if I wore them,just love the way it looks like a big snail with the cab rapped in that big body or shell. Also any camper I own has to have its own crapper and shower...no stumbling across to the toilet house to sit in germ heaven for me,no sir eee.
Is it just me, or do any of you guys hate that pop up roof top feature? Why are the almost always slanted and just cheap as all get out? So much to go wrong with that system.
Seeing your point but as I have seen 40year old pop tops that are still in working order they cannot be all bad. Some have pop up even sided, if it helps?

The models that are based on pre-1990 vehicles are the coolest because they are the most sci-fi looking. Like the shuttle bus used by American Astronauts or something from a NASA planetary explorer animation.

Some of these are sharp and have a number of great ideas. My favorite of the ideas was the Crystal Roof ceiling panels.

My caracruiser (UK, circa 70s) was built based on the design of the spaceship Enterprise, to go where no one has gone before... 😂.

Sure, some are no bigger than a standard van. There's a few that are quite long. I think they would still fit though.

Try the Fiat Ducato L3 or XL H3. Internal height of 7ft 1.5inches pre build. RamPro in USA. Get the extra long and diy your own heavenly campervan.
