When you factor in the price of the truck,plus the wear and tear on your rig,(forgetting the fact that a selling point is getting to use your daily driver as your camper,as well as what you are actually paying out to get the bed-camper you want, the money you are spending just doesn't make sense to me. If you hunt or fish,I could see it.However most place are accessible by RV,you can buy a nice class B for these figures.just tow your truck with you.get to just the spot you want.Bob's your uncle,Fanny's your aunt. You didn't blow your suspension,and have a more roomy space. They should be about half the price that they are.10,000 $ for basically a pop-up shell? For some fiberglass, canvas,and not much else? I guess when you have such a small customer base,you need to be priced on the steep end.....with that being said,I do enjoy the work the team/group/person puts into getting the videos together..informative,and fun to watch....my comment is only on the price of the campers.

Okay, I don’t know the trivia answer but what I do know is this. That Freedom Lite camper was cruising through Utah! I live in Utah and been pretty much everywhere (lucky me!) here. It’s a beautiful place. From NC and it too is beautiful. I love these campers. I’m always amazed at what you can fit into a truck bed!! Thanks for another great video! ❤️💜💚

It was called Chinook camper I think they made them for the Toyota and other small trucks too

Power house looks to b kid in toy store dad owns, grand ideas custom fit to order. Only not sure just all they offer. The tilt bed 2 axle & dual axle has serious potential. I am convinced that International going forward is going to get lots of max tow max work "truck" buss.

Why aren't more truck bed campers built longer that could rest on the tailgate like 11:25? Add some slide outs and a small wet bath & I could live full time in it, in 4 season weather.

Am still waiting for someone to come out with a self contained for standard cab, long bed, with a front window, 9’6” . I have an old one and pull a 19’ motor boat (Grownups) without a hitch extension. Can’t be too high(10’6” on truck) Anyone know of one like this?

I have had brain overload since TRYING to find a truck camper to buy. Too many choices. I want the "largest" one that can fit on a 1/2 ton truck (yet bought) with a wet bath. I can find the Lance 650, but is there more???? help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've personally stayed in several of his motor homes. My uncle created powerhouse from the ground up and I've never seen him struggle one time parking or moving any of it. He is incredible at building campers and they truly have every single feature you could imagine to make it as painless as possible. His toy haulers have a hydraulic wheel to park/hitch up. His innovations when it comes to building campers is second to none. He took 1 and 2 because he builds everything from the truck bed campers to giant motor homes. You will not find someone who works as hard as he does.

Seems should b an in between Super C shorty A/ or shorty semi super C like power house offered. if u can tow u need not sweat finding perfect rig & size. Or if high roller u can hve 1 of each to fit the occasion. being efficient what ever the length cost of operation camping vs more mobile real "camping still a factor. Bigger is usually better Navy & RVing bc can't make smaller but can hve too much room.

The tilt bed tows r out there & come in weight range to suit, great system, base rig bc low aero drag unloaded & carry toy car or truck or box or both when loaded. Other idea is taking hi Low budget trailer corp but going up scale & heavy full timer class. The triple tow rig slides nascar trailer sweet & a boat is really something. I see camping as going home base to home base. Or roughing it is not roof top tent but slide in or pull behind. usually depends on the amount of ppl & how old 7 how young & short they r. Time away time off grid & how old meaning the pain thresh hold 5,4,3 star or trailer or hybrid or pop lastly roof tent or on the ground tent. I would say I am 3star guy, trailer hybrid vs pop, & roof vs ground, but C & super C make great cents if not full timing. Full timing 5th or Super semi or class A.
I was woundering was that a coffee truck or a camper , when you done youre coffee truck job for the day then you go camping with youre coffee truck ha ha ha I like to keep things inside in the summer because the bugs will bite and bite hard , a coffee truck is good on the construction site not made for camping .
can't do the cloth campers cause in bear country it could have entered one side and you don't know if it's inside scary stuff don't know their good climbers.

My 08' International very heavy pick up 4doors wants a best slide in camper to truely make sing. Buying every1 I can get then hving camper best fit combo sales. Next is myold school Bronco 5k-10k I can still get making custom camper to fit shell off & tail gate folded down. May go w/double fold gate but doubt truck could carry extra weight if double tail gate flip down length long. The 2nd flip tail gate might hve to come off. If 5.8 engine is low original miles might not pull it, but looking at only using 4.6 engine best trans & 4.88 or so gear & super charger too. Nice to know anything I can dream up power house can custom cover it.

Like the idea of a pick-up truck bed camper . The price of such units is fair . If I substituted hotel rooms for a truck bed camper it looks like at least $25,000/$200= 1275 really plush hotel stays. This also looks like a really competitive industry. My answer is still no.

love the video's but will never spend the money on most of these, am crazy not silly ,I hate new, haven't found anything worth spending money on. You show all the new stuff, but let's be real ,some of us cant afford paying like there is no tomorrow, I just build my own stuff, I haven't own new in over 50 years , our society is a throw way life style, I will wait till nobody can use it and I will renew it make it better.
