For me it was the opposite, as much as I liked the halal restaurants, whenever I went to those restaurants I got food poisoning. Four times in a row is more than coincidence!

Living in NYC, I have access to Muslim Chinese food. Absolutely delicious. Some of the best meals here. Even the Halal Chinese food restaurants that's serve standard Chinese food tastes way better and fresher than the regular Chinese spots.
