Only milk products have been proven scientifically to increase acne...no other foods have scientific evidence to say it can cause acne..for general well being decrease the intake of carbohydrates like white rice and increase the intake of protein and fiber rich foods like vegetables..no need to stop completely nga..that is our staple food .

If u are getting good result u can do nga. But usually we Dermatologist do not suggest oral capsule to be applied over hair or skin..

It is not like that nga...few patients ku purging aagum..in case ulla acne irundha velila vandhu seri aagum... treatment naala pudhu acne varaadhu . But it will bring the hidden acne out ..only for few it happens.

Hi sis i have oily skin and i am using cipla salicylic acid face wash , which skin lightening cream would u recommend....
If I use glycolic acid cream will it affect my skin badly as my face wash contains salicylic acid!!!!
In case if u feel so much irritation after applying glycolic acid you can stop using and visit a dermatologist ..they will reduce the strength and formulation and accordingly will give...if not you can use .no problem

Mam face ku turmeric use panalama... I am used UVAMBRELLA sunscreen.. After used very oily and sweating mam..i am no use Moisturize .... What can I do mam?

Hi, Better to consult with your Dermatologist since they had analysed your skin in person..i can only suggest the general routine mentioned in the video like add a non comedogenic Sunscreen in morning and if necessary a niacinamide serum..night continue with the medications.
