in retrosp. cohort both groups are "cases", that means they have a certain disease and you regard if they were exposed to a certain medicine etc.. in case control, only one group has a certain disease, the other not, and you wanna see what exactly were the expos. that probably caused or played a role in developing the disease, you can compare the % of exposure; wheras in cohort you can just look whther they were exposed to sthg or not...
How deal with cohort studies on every day basic if I'm bipolar also Psychosis and retardation words I do use everyday carry interests in me you talking commonly it get my attention
