I have recently been suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks. I am trying to move forward by facing my fears however my brain keeps overthinking constantly. I just want to start feeling happy again and not so anxious all the time. I stopped taking my vitamins and exercising over the Christmas break so I feel that hasn't helped either. I am only 21 and I do not want to carry on feeling like this throughout my life. I am so glad there are so many platforms and people out there feeling the same way. I try and say what I am grateful for each day and I am slowly trying to cope.

The good news is this isn’t forever and you can definitely start feeling like your old self again it just takes a bit of time and retraining of your brain. I’ve definitely been suffering again recently since I had another baby and I’ve just bought a new book from Amazon called the date book, it was recommended by another subscriber and wow it’s already helping me, it looks at anxiety in a completely different way , I would 💯 say to order it. We’re in it together please don’t feel like your alone with these thoughts coz it’s completely normal. So much more normal than you realise xxx

I’m happy to hear that you keep pushing forward. I think that’s important to face the fear. Get your vitamin levels checked. Vitamin d, magnesium, iron and others can cause anxiety of low. I use lemon balm drops (make sure it’s fir internal use) for instant calming. Just started ashwaganda for longer term benefits

I was once in this state but prayers and supplementing with magnesium and calcium drastically changed my life! I’ve tried running in the morning and it would take my anxiety completely away.
Also, mindset is the key. If you feel like nothing works, then it won’t work. If you feel like it will, then it DEFINITELY WILL.

I agreed strongly for the last point👍🏻
    Drinking a lot of water
It really helped me a lot
And there is measurement for that
First of all you have to check your weight purely (means if you wake up morning time and empty your intestines and before drinking or eating anything, check the weight (coz it will show the real weight))
Then you will have the water depends on your weight
    It will be as below:
Water (in litres) to drink a day = Your Weight (in Kg) multiplied by 0.033. For example, if you are 60kg, you should drink about 2 litres of water every single day. At 90kg, you'll around about 3 litres of water. All you need to do is multiply 0.033 to your weight in Kg.
    Sorry for this long explanation
But it should be clear for the people that they need to understand
Hope for all being well and happy 🥰🌹

Just to connect with people who are having sonething similar and to tell you that you are not alone. I have had these anxiety panic attacks for almost 2 weeks now. It comes with fearful and negative thoughs. Even loud noise and fast movements from either myself or an animal can bring it on. As I am typing this now it is on a very mild level but at night it can come on strong for a few hours and less.
you feel like you are going to have a heart attack or even worse. I am trying to trick my brain that nothing is wrong with me, it works for a while, then fearful thoughts or a twitch in my stomach happens randomly and I panick.

Omg, I’m trying to find answers since I took antibiotics in February this year and my life has been a struggle. Them pills really gave me heavy mental side effects and affected my brain and mental health tremendously. I don’t feel like myself even after 8 months of stopping the antibiotics. I never had anxiety interfering with my daily life. I used to have only very mild which I didn’t even know it was anxiety. I’m now struggling with brain tremors, heart palpitations, negative thoughts, insomnia, feeling of agony. But I did realise that when I take omega 3 it does goes away , and when I stop it comes back really bad. ( like now). I just don’t know what to do , I work , I go gym, I do yoga, the thing is when I’m going through the worst U wouldn’t be able to notice because I’m just very calm. Is like part of my brain knows that is just a lie and that Im okay. Is WEird. Hope it goes away 😢

Here are some step you can take to restore your gut and counter the affect. Start with taking care of your gut by taking/drinking bone broth, eat lots of fermented food like sauerkrauts, and taking a high quality probiotic. If you can try to eliminate dairy for a while. For relief from anxiety sit on a chair or on the ground with back erect and do the simple alternate nostril breathing meditation if possible twice a day for 5-10 minutes. This reprogrames the mind. Watch the videos on You tube to see how it is done. It is very simple. After completing the inhalation-exhalation do not get up-Be still and sit for at least 5 minutes without moving observing your breath. Negative thoughts will reduce. It's seems that the common denominator of advice from all these panic videos is to breath or practice mindfulness through muscle contraction and relaxation. These videos claim that you get habituated to the panic attack meaning that overtime the exposure to them reduces the severity. Judging from all the comments on these videos it seems that these techniques are only mildly helpful at best. For those reading this comment and I would like to know if anyone has cracked the code on reducing panic attacks or has taken a medication that has really helped reduce these attacks? Do any of you know what causes your panic attack? For example, do you have OCD fears? Are you claustrophobic or afraid of dying?
