Raw jackfruit seeds u can boil and cook seeds while preparing dal its tastes super......when purchase ripened jackfruit for even though don't throw the seeds. ....ur can prepare dal with rice 🍚

We do enjoy the ripe fruit in Karnataka, and we cook it at the raw stage, as a vegetable. You will find that the fibres that many of us dicard, are used in Kerala as a wonderful fried snack.
