    ✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
    For Aloo Lacche:
    Potato (आलू) - 1Kg
    Grated Ginger/Green Chili(हरी मिर्च/अदरक) - 1 Tbsp
    Salt(नमक) - Some
    Corn-Flour(अरारोट) - 6-7 Spoon
    Oil(तेल) - For Frying
    Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    For Mithi Chutney:
    Jaggery(गुड़) - 125 gram
    Tamarind (इमली ) - 100 grams.
    Dates(पिंड खजूर) - Some
    Sunflower Seeds(सूरजमुखी के बीज) - Some
    Raisins (किशमिश ) - Some
    Sugar(चीनी) - 1/4 Cup
    Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर ) - 1 Tbsp
    Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1 Tbsp
    Ginger Powder(अदरक पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
    Asafoetida (हींग ) - 1/4 Tsp
    Salt(नमक) - Some
    Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    Banana(केला)
    Grapes(अंगूर)
    For Green Chutney:
    Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - 1 Cup
    Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - 1/4 Cup
    Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - 4-5
    Ginger(अदरक) - 1 inch
    Raw Mango(कच्चा आम) - 1/2 piece
    For Serving:
    Nylon Sev/Namkeen(सेव/नमकीन)
    Whisked Curd(फेंटा हुआ दही)
    Chat Masala(चाट मसाला)
    Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)
    Sweet Chutney(मीठी चटनी)
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘆, keep the pan for heating & put Jaggery, Sugar, Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Dried Ginger Powder, Asafoetida/Hing Powder, Plain Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder & Tamarind Pulp. Cook until the Jaggery & Sugar get dissolved properly. Then add chopped Dates, Melon Seeds & chopped Dry Fruits. Then turn the flame off & keep the chutney cooling down. If you using chutney for 2-3 days then you can also add some chopped Bananas & Grapes to the chutney.
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘆, take a mixer jar & put Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chilli, Ginger, Raw Mango, Salt, Water & Icecubes. Grind well & take out the Chutney into a bowl.
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗼𝗼 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗵𝗮, take some Potatoes, peel them, and keep them in the water. Then grate the potatoes with the help of a grater and keep the grated potato in water. Wash them 2-3 times until the white starch is removed completely. Drain the water & squeeze the grated Potato with the help of a muslin cloth and remove the water completely. Then add some grated Green Chilli, Ginger, Salt & Corn Flour or Arrowroot & mix it well. Place a pan on flame, add Oil and heat well. Then make Lachha Tikki with help of a colander/Jhara. Fry them until the tikki turns golden & crispy. Flip them and fry well on both sides. After that transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴, take a bowl & place Aloo tikki into it. Add Green Chutney, Tamarind Chutney, whisked Curd, Chaat Masala, Nylon Sev/Nemkeen & Coriander Leaves. Serve & enjoy the tasty Aloo Lachha Chat. In this way, Crispy & Tasty Lachha Aloo Tikki will be ready easily.
