Upscaling and downscaling have nothing to do with what the plugin does. It controls rendering and/or framebuffer resolution, depending on the game. Gepatch does the same. Scale and resolution are two different things.

Need for Speed Most Wanted with native resolution is like night and day compared to the standard resolution they shipped the game with... Honestly I don't like the choice. Maybe it was just because Vita had to mantain that underclocked CPU frequency... But still, Sony and their weird decisions made Vita feel like a week console while it is not

Is your live area filled ? If yes , them make a folder and put few games inside and then refresh the live area through vitashell . The vita has a limitation where you can't have more than 100 bubbles without folders . And a maximum of 500 bubbles with folders

Try playing killzone or spiderman on a 1000 vita without even jailbreaking it it’ll freeze in 15 minutes, they solved that on the vita 2000’s hardware 544 and 480 looks almost the same its not a big deal on the vita small screen, and u get more framefrate
There is something called a vitadock , but I believe you'll have to build it yourself . Getting either a PC or an Android might be easier than building a vitadock

look at framerate. i tried this. terrible even on high speed cpu and gpu. not for nfs. and one more. nothing can help with resident evil on vita. i tried low resolution, cpu clock.

Mav, if you install LOLita overclock, you can run Most Wanted with at a high FPS and high resolution. I run it at 960x544 60FPS.

60 is a stretch I have the overclocking plugin on mine and at native res , it won't give 60fps , but it's definitely playable

no, the vita is actually underclocked from factory to prolong battery life, 444mhz cpu and 222mhz is the sweet spot for performance in my experience
