    Story Summary :-
Anya is a very independent lady in her mid-20's and she had achieved a lot so far. She has one younger brother in his early twenties who is spoiled by their parents and Anya, as she loves him and had a very close bond with him. But since he recently joined college, he started getting distant from Anya because he'd got into some wrong people.
Jay bought something illegal, influenced by his friend. He was successful the first time as the transaction was very small but the next time when he used his card again police showed up at their place and arrested Anya because it was her card.
Anya gets arrested, and she was asked several questions, but she denies every charge.
Anya’s father, Ajay, got her and bailed her out as he had some good lawyer friends. After Anya gets bailed out, her family treats her like a blackspot and when she reaches her home her aunts even mocked her and taunted her father to not give so much liberty to his daughter. Anya's mother went as far as to even humiliate Anya in front of everyone. OP is cut off from her entire family except for her father who financially supports her as she leaves the city. Three years later, she is asked to attend a family party by her father, where more drama ensues within the family.

I blame the mother. She was the one to show favouritism between son and daughter, and clearly fed incorrect info to her sister, so her sister was on full attack not knowing the info. Yes, the brother should have spoken out and the aunt should have asked for more detail, but the mother sheltering her son and lying to her sister puts her in the wrong in my books.

It's crazy how they have the nerve to say that she should've just shut up as served the sentence handed to her is utterly ridiculous. Her brother put her in a messed up situation and she had to suffer for it wow. I would've sang like a canary and told everyone the truth

I'm at a loss for stories like this and the culture since my parents didn't treat us like this🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏾 we only had to disown/cut off family members that were addicted to drugs and stealing from us and a sister that abandoned her kids BUT we ALWAYS knew we could go home once we got our ish together. The sister showed up ready to go to rehab and my parents sent her and she just graduated with masters in HR 🙎🏽‍♀️🙎🏽 sadly the brothers didn't fare so well and are gone. So parents that cut off/disown based on favoritism is bonkers to me 💯❗‼️🤷🏾🤷🏽‍♀️ matter of fact, they never picked sides in an argument. I remember a brother was going through divorce and oldest brother showed up in court to testify on HER behalf 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯😢😥😓 sad day for family 💯 my brother came to our house after to tell us and punched a hole in the living room wall with momma's fancy paneling with his bare fist. My Dad stopped and looked at him and said "I don't care what you are going through, you don't come to MY house and punch a hole in my walls --- LEAVE" 🤯 He pleaded and whinned, Deddy he sat up in court and helped her. My dad calmed down and asked what happened and he has to pay support but he keeps house. He wanted full custody which is what my brothers testimony cost him. They talked a little more and he left. My Dad left the hole until the brother that testified showed up a couple months later. He showed him the hole and they started talking. I wasn't interested but i heard him say, why are you in court with your brother's wife❓ i heard my brother start to say ... Well, deddy she asked me to talk about the drinking. Then my Dad said who's wife is that❓ and then i got bored and left but he disappeared for years after that, got his own GF and apartment 🤦🏽🤦🏽‍♀️ he was the oldest too so we were all tripping on how he did his younger brother but we never ostracized him ‼️❗

"Yeah I had a credit card and for 3 years I never used it or noted it being used. I mean I know I kept getting bills for 5K a month(when I had a limit of 300 dollars), but I paid the card off monthly and never thought to question it. Nor did I cancel the card. Even though I was paying the bill monthly I had no idea where the card was or how things were being charged. I mean I had better things to do then investigate or look at the details of the bill." Um what? Is this girl speaking english? She is saying for a protracted period of time her brother had posession of the card and she paid the bills without having the card nor looking into things? Evidently she is 24 and her brother ios 19 years old. Of course my brother also took my house and car, but I was oblivious and just wandered around paying bills for things I no longer had posession of. Um there is no way this could have happened.
