While I wash my hair I put 2 t-Shirts in the dryer. After I apply my deep condition, I place a plastic cap on my head then apply both of the t-shirts on top.

I love to deep condition while working out. It works great to help generate some extra body heat, and if I have my heating cap, that’s even better.

You can put a hairdryer in a shoe, and put on table or on your bed (put something under shoe so it doesn't stain your bedroom)and sit under it.
