Изнутри к мембране прилежит эпителиоспермальный слой, который состоит из сустентоцитов (клетки Сертоли) и созревающих половых клеток (сперматогоний, сперматоцитов I и II порядка, сперматид и сперматозоидов).
Сустентоциты - это клетки треугольной формы. Между соседними поддерживающими клетками формируются зоны плотных контактов, которые делят внутреннее пространство извитого канальца на два отсека:
базальный отсек, в нём лежат сперматогонии, адлюминальный отсек, где лежат остальные сперматогенные клетки, имеющие максимальный доступ к питательным веществам.

Belive me i have 800 hrs in elden ring and 4k+ hrs in CSGO....
after 800 hrs elden ring....its just a dodge fest and pretty much 3 shot every thing.

They’re too different compare. You’re competing against the game in single player games, it needs to be easy enough for the average player to complete. You can’t really complete multiplayer games. You just play against better and better people
But I mean 800 hours in, yeah it should feel pretty easy because you know most things about the game and know how to kill all the enemies and bosses/their move sets
@@xeuxis8892 that comment was for people saying he is in for a world of pain palying elden ring....lol..the only reason soulslike game are difficult is because of all the limitations not like the game itself needs any talent or much skill to play....and yeah the fukin elden ring made my space bar squeeky....even on 1st playthrough..when i was 60 percent through the game i was so sick and tired of dodging...but the world and lore and bosses was were the things that kept me motivated to play....sekiro is so much superior in combat it doesnt even need any new gear or weapons to feel good...
