Ingredients :-
Bread :- 1
Dalda Ghee :- 1 Cup
Sugar :- 2 Cup
Khoya :- 250 Gram
Almonds :- 20
Pistachio :- 20
Saffron :- 4 Pinch
Javitri :- 1 small piece
Cardamom :- 5
Corn Flour :- 2 Teaspoon
Ghee :- 1 Cup
Milk :- 2 Cup
Water :- 1 Cup

Auntyji...made this for a dinner party last night, and it was a big hit. Your tips on making sure the bread was well dried, really made all the difference. I had no time, so I dried the bread in a 135C oven for 15 mins, and it worked perfectly. Thanks for this lovely recipe( including using cornflour). I used a std american cup measure ( 240ml) and followed all your proportions.
