In a pan 1cup oil, 1 tbsp full Desi ghee for flavour
4 to 5 bread slices regular cut into 4 pieces
Fry over medium flame until light golden ,flip fry on both side, drain and remove
take 1/4 cup milk in other bowl add 2 tbsp custard powder or corn flour mix well
Then add this in 2 cup boiling milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps on medium flame add 1/3 cup sugar to sweeten mix until it starts boiling off flame after 3 to 4 minutes pour this mixture in a dish then add bread slices and garnish it with some silver foil, dry fruits, fruits of your choice and refrigerate it for 2 hours and serve chilled.
