In this video I'll be sharing one of the most requested recipe Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani With Pakki Aqni, Recipe By Mrs. Norien.
Ingredients :-
Basmati Rice :- 3 Glass
Mutton :- 1 Kg
Onion Fried :- 200 Gram
Curd :- Half Kg
Oil :- 4 Tablespoon
Red Chili Powder :- 1 Teaspoon
Salt :- 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric :- 2 Pinch
Half Cup Milk with Saffron :- 2 Pinch
Ginger Garlic Paste :- 3 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves :- 3 Teaspoon
Green Chilies :- 4
Garam Masala Powder
Cardamom :- 10
Caraway :- Half Teaspoon
Cloves :- 4
Cinnamon :- 1
Green Chilis :- 4
Mint Leaves :- 3 Teaspoon
Caraway Seeds :- Half Teaspoon
Cardamom :- 3
Cloves :- 4
Cinnamon :- 1
Salt :- 2 Teaspoon
Lemon :- 1

Itni zabardast biryani bani aaj الْحَمْدُالله. I wanted to let you know that even in south India Muslim biryani in Tamil Nadu we only use 3 spice garam masala, red chili and turmeric powder and this method was Hyderabadi method with these spices so it was very nice the blend and taste. We thoroughly loved it.
