VICE, this is just a another example of why you're documentaries are going to shit. Back in the day you guys didn't hold back and reported everything in it's purest form without an opinion or an agenda. With this short documentary for example, you portrayed Indonesian drag racing as dangerous and criminal activity involving kids which is going to raise concern. You assholes are better off doing commercials for starving Africans kids.
That is more proof of the lies you believe, if you've ever been to Indonesia you know that almost every male smokes a lot, it's 1USD a pack, they also start at a young age, yet their rate of lung cancer is lower than Australia's and almost half of the USA's. You sheep just believe and eat anything.

I only smoke small cigar's occasionally but it's how easy it is to fool the sheep majority that annoys me.
What country are you from? If you are from the U.S. then you know the "lies" as you claim they are, come from everywhere--not just the government, but anti-smoking groups, like M.A.C. (Moms Against Cigarettes). Since the majority of people here don't smoke, it's like they don't care. The people that do smoke won't fight for their cause. So, here, there are no sheep, because no one care's enough to fight it. The 2nd Amendment on the other hand, lots of sheep. Anti-gunners come from the government, special interest groups, and billionaires like Bloomberg, who spend money and setup people in other states to act as his disciples. So bottom line, accuse people of being sheep where it counts. Also, speak like a normal person. Not like a wannabe genius, messiah, revolutionary. You probably turned off a lot of people with your wording. They just moved on to the next video.

To some people who live in other countries where big bikes are the staple (250cc's and above): These things are ridiculously fast for their displacement, I am a moped rider and a big bike rider here in the Philippines, and that the culture between these riders and just big bike riders that just tour between cities are really different. I had the chance to ride a sleep engine Honda dragbike (125cc's) and its fucking quick off the line, because of the weight or lack of it.
I have to give them props. They race with what they have. Those bikes have small displacements, so they fit them with skinny tires so they get faster acceleration. But still, drive safe kids.
The leg style we called it " superman" in Malaysia..dangerous but kind of helps in aerodynamic.Sorry to say,if it's in Malaysia, you can't jump in filming the illegal race without blurring the faces nor the police will interrupt,.they have too many eyes and ears..And if they got your faces in camera, and the whole flock will end up in jail...But even so,they'll keep on racing afterward..🤗🤗🤗

In Vietnam, especially the South, we also have illegal drag racing like Indonesia but due to very dense traffic and traffic law here is very strict so it is increasingly difficult to find an illegal drag race, even more rarely, a bigger one with a lot of guys coming from provinces in the South gather into one random place which the road is long and deserted, sometimes blocks the road with cars or trucks to race here. They make sure that apart from them and cheerleaders, no other people appears on the road in order to race safely. In early 2010s, it was very popular until traffic police cooperated with mobile police and criminal police to suppress races like this. That was quite a vicious past.
In that country there isn't no "American dream" everyone has a chance to have a good life (which isn't even true in America) there you got a handful of ways to get paid fast. Racing or building is the easiest and safest
This surfaced in the Philippines but the authorities were quick to act and the consequence after getting caught is blacklisting of driver's license 18 and above. It means the person is not allowed to drive any type of vehicle permanently if he doesn't pay the bail on time. For 18 and below, it will lead to the parent being put to bail for allowing their child/children to ride without a student license. If the person has student license but gets caught, his motorcycle will just be impounded.
If they auction them, who else but the kids will buy modified bikes that aren't street legal? Recycling is probably too expensive to be cost effective. Burying is just the most expedient solution.
Can't auction non street legal vehicles. They are modified beyond legal spec. Plus these bikes are probably stolen in the first place and the serial number has been destroyed.
+KoG GoK In my country; Recycled, to the point which can be. The one that cannot be recycled ends up in storages for future solutions. This is basic metals and not nuclear waste FFS.
Ah good old 2 strokes. Wish we could still have all the awesome 2 strokes in the states. So easy to work on and do whatever you need on your own, and you can get massive power to weight numbers with these little things. Some of these 100-250cc 2 strokes probably do 0-60 as fast as a supercar. Cheap to manufacture cheap to fix, thats why 2 strokes still rule in Asia.
4 strokes becoming more common in street race here because the government law to dump every 2 strokes bike because they say its not good for the environment.. But some of us still keep it, and selling it like a valuable assets that grows overtime, so people here are basically holding out an old 2 strokes bike for better price or anyone who has it is probably a street racer or thugs

It's unbelievable (or find it funny) for people who live/grew up outside SEA that we use skinny tires here for underbone / scooter drag racing. Extensively modified underbone/scooter here in SEA only weight less than 60kg (or even more lighter if using an aluminum frame), so of course those skinny tires grip nicely. You may not believe it, but its always been like this here in SEA for 10 years already.
Thailand has a bunch of these SEA-style 2-stroke underbone drag bikes that do 10 sec range and 180-190km/h trap speed in quarter mile. and recently someone did an 1/4 mile ET of 9.4 in a Honda Sonic 125 (displacement increased to 350cc). And there's another one raced a Panigale too. When highly modified, they make around 40-50hp or more
TDR Malaysia has a highly modifed Yamaha Mio scooter with the engine displacement increased to 300-350cc. Runs an ET around 7-8secs @ 3/4 mile
My apologies for my english. Just my two cents.

Can't auction non street legal vehicles. They are modified beyond legal spec. Plus these bikes are probably stolen in the first place and the serial number has been destroyed.
