Canning curry recipes are hard to find! I tried! So instead of missing out I decided to make one! Tikka masala is an amazingly flavorful recipe with a simply perfect amount of spices that will make you smile but not overwhelm you! You can find the recipe here: thishealthytab...
I did 6X this recipe and altered it quite a bit so here it goes:
    4 yellow onions
    2T minced ginger
    4T garlic
1 gallon chicken broth, divided - It might have been a bit too much
10 pounds chicken thighs - boneless skinless is easiest
    6 Tablespoons kosher salt, divided
    6 Tablespoons garam masala, divided
    enough ghee to cook
    4 Tablespoons ground turmeric
    2 Tablespoons ground black pepper
    3 Tablespoons cayenne
    4 Tablespoon tomato powder
    3 cans diced tomato
    4 cans tomato sauce
Add cream of choice after canning
Make sure you consult your trusted canning sources to double check anything mentioned in this video, it is a "how I can" and not a "how-to can"!

I am so glad you are part of Canuary 2022 😊 Can't wait to try this recipe. Hubster loves curry so I know he will be happy.
FYI - I keep ground yarrow and/or cayenne pepper in little tins near my knives. Wash your cut out and then pack it with the yarrow or cayenne pepper. Both are excellent stypics and help to stop the bleeding. The cayenne also provides pain relief and both have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties 🥰

Tikka masala is an Indian dish, but also was created in England. The story behind tikka masala, one of the most popular foods in the UK is East Indian cuisine people really do love the spices and fiery heat that you get from the food, making it just as popular as fish and chips. You will find a great many east Indian cuisine restaurants all over the UK, a lot of them even stay open very late as many patrons like dropping in after the pub closes. In the east Indian cuisine. Teaka is a Punjabi dish which was created in the 70s so it’s really not around that long in comparison to some other Indian spice blends masala generally a blend of hot spices comes from Northern India, where it is a good deal cooler. So, of course, these two popular dishes were available to the UK public. One night after the pubs is closed There was a customer who was pretty much drunk, came in to get some delicious Indian food. When the waiter asked him what he want he said he wanted chicken tikka and masala. The waiter kept trying to explain to him that it was two different dishes. But the guy didn’t care. He argued with the waiter for a little while back-and-forth and then he said put the two of them together and mix it together and bring it to me. This became a surprisingly great blend of curry and one of the most popular dishes in British. As many popular foods that were generally a mistake, it has been embraced by people all over the world and is one of the most popular curry dishes to have.

Now that is something I will be trying. Told my wife we will have to make a small batch and see if we like it, before we can a huge amount. My wife, who is OCD, noticed the stain in your ceramic pot. Ours did the same thing and she had a fit. Told her not to worry, baking soda, wet rag and some elbow grease and it came out. Works good on ceramic griddles too.

We live off grid, so we only stream when we can using our phone, if service is good. Today it's good so we are going to watch as many canurary videos as possible. Love new canning recipes. We look forward to trying this one.

I made a huge batch of chicken tikka Masala minus the cream recently. It’s my all time favorite thing I’ve ever canned. It was a massive project, but well worth all the work. I made mine from scratch with oil, spices and all. It canned up beautifully.
