Good to see you out and enjoying your mesh safe haven. As you say most people do not mind wild campers, what upsets landowners is fires as those can cause real problems with woodland where people don't always understand how fast fire can travel if it's on the wrong spot. Likewise, not everyone sticks to no trace policies and that really annoys me, as the mess left by some people is truly awful (cans/plastic). Most landowners can have a glance (even if you have to use your binos at a distance) at someone wild camping and see that they are either squared away and not causing a problem or they are a nightmare and need to be told to do one. So thank you for pushing home the education of keeping things tidy and low key.
Hey Craig, I see and beeped at you on Friday evening around 17:30 on the Mundford roundabout as me and the wife was heading towards holt for a weekend camping trip. So trippy that I watched this video during lunchtime, and as we was driving through Thetford I thought to myself wouldn't it be funny if I see Craig, lo and behold 10 minutes down the road and there you was cruising towards me in the VDub. “Synchronicity is an ever present reality for those who have eyes to see.” - C.G. Jung 🤙🏼
Good to see you out and about mate , I've just gotten a few bits for bushcraft just some basics. looking to take my daughter out in the woodblock near me just to do a few simple bits. Thanks to you mate you have not only inspired me to get out and get on with it but my daughter has developed an interest from watching you. So cheers bud 👍🏻
Once again a great vibe , thanks to you and some advice you gave me awhile back ( thankyou for your time ) im wild camping most weekends , i work 4 nights a week so during the day of my last shift im starting to sleep out then go to work , restock then back out saurday after work , thanks again lad , Leave no trace 365 .
Hi Craig , Good to see you have a Outhaus blanket , I loved mine , nowadays I use a Snugpack Jungls Blanket , easier to carry for me with my health issues , I also have a DD mossie tent , and a very large Aquaquest Defender tarp , excelent combo for the Summer , Be Well my Friend , Take care , and Best wishes to you and yours .
Being in the USA we love seeing your tescos working lots n all the stuff . Truly you have fans alll over the world so anything is fun content - no need to think of ideas YOU are the main character Know that :) Big love my g
Another great vid dude. Love the fact you went straight from an overnighter to work. Keep up the good work. 12 days until my Scottish Loch wild camp. Can't wait
Sorry to hear about the split of you and Ben at work. I was so excited that you started this video at Tesco. Living here across the pond in Ohio and watching all your videos I have become intrigued by you talking about Tesco all the time, and was hoping to see what the inside looked like. Thank you !
Great video Craig. Those DD meshes are stronger than you think. I had to pitch on very dry dry heather one night, I was convinced it has hundreds of holes but not a single one. Very strong durable gear.
Safety buoys are meant to make you visible to others, save you from potentially drowning and you can actually stuff things inside like your phone or the car's keys! 🤙
I understand what a bouy does and no shit about it being my visible 😅 that isn’t really what I was saying …. However I didnt know about storing things in them… I mean generally all the wild swimmers that I’ve seen don’t take them.
Hullo. Wonder where you have got to. Eat loads of garlic. Biting insects and tics, will leave you alone. Also, swop our normal candles for citronella candles.😉
It’s great you manage to get out on camps during school days. I’m in a pattern of tarp camping bushcraft stylee once a month all through the year. I’ll give the impromptu camp splash a go, looks inspiring mate. I can see why you love your van dude, it’s a beauty. I’m a fan of characterful imperfections!
Mesh tent looks really good. Weight must be lower than a conventional tent although you have a tarp too. We have hills just need to come 15 miles west of where you are. Good advice on the camp spot selection and even though the lake spot has been used looks like the it had been well respected.
I was also wondering about Ben. Happy to hear you guys are still buds. I don't know about you but I f'n hate summer! I dislike hot days and all the fucking bugs lol. I am very glad that the best time of year...at least for me is coming soon...Fall😊 excellent video and camp. Look forward to your next vid
Top video shagger. That lamb looks a beast. Went on my first wild camp last night in a norfolk wood. Great fun but chucked it down. I think I've worked out where this is. Definatley looks one try. I'm local to you so handy to try.
I used to close the curtains on my VW van when I wasn't in it. Makes scumbags think twice, there could be someone asleep in it. Just a thought...Nice vid 🤘
Awesome video dude, really enjoyed the cinematic shots. Pity I can't wild camp here where I live, but I do enjoy getting out to paid camp and fishing spots. Keep up the good work bro.
Hi Craig, Great video mate, me and mate stopped in this spot last weekend. Great spot albeit a little busy with the swimmers and fisherman! Bit disappointed how much rubbish had been left and how many fire pits that have been left. We stopped next to the lake at the nudist bit! Was a wicked spot 😅 Keep it up mate Ben
Great video, I joined the army in 1983 was Infantry so spent a lot of time in heather etc and there was no mention of Tics, never had a problem. However there seems to be a massive problem with them.
Greetings from the other side of this gem we've FUBAR Excellent post brother, old stoner thinking you an a few mates dress up in bird costume an troll bird watches, get practicing ya mating dance brother 😂😂 💯👍🤙🖖
The swimmers use tow floats to increase visibility in the water. They normally have pockets for phones and keys etc.. my local swim spot (not the nude bit 😂)

The flying munching bugs are particularly bad this year. I got eating alive last week by mozzies & horseflies! That's a proper nice spot there too. I think I know the lake, but am still yet to visit it? Top vid as usual mate👍
Just giving the prawn cocktail sub a go not bad at all think it’s the only one I haven’t tried, Thai sweet chicken McCoy’s I’d definitely recommend awesome vid as always bud 🍻
