Grear review. I wanted to see more of the comparison against the 36v, but you've still covered loads so thank you.

    I got Ryobi drill myself.
Now I cannot speak for anything else from what I am about to say here of other products BUT the Ryobi drill is something I can compare to Makita, DeWalt and Milwaukie. DeWalt is fastest but heaviest, Milwaukie is the perfect middle guys but Ryobi is the happy guy.
Reason for Happy guy is because price wise, it is by far cheapest out of all of them and unless you get that speed/time back in money then for home owners it is perfect.

I have got a few Ryobi tols- drills sds/ hammer/driver/impact driver/ hand held vacuum/ torches / long pruner/ hedge trimmer/ small trimmer, jigsaw/ circular saw and they all great. I used to be a kitchen/bathroom fitter/gas engineer so put them through hell. I still have a hammer drill from the original blue coloured range, so probably at least 20 years old- its still working but a bit rickety.

It might be slightly critical on the cable placement considering it also comes with a strimmer, the other option i would think would be to cut it with the mower in the reverse orientation, thus avoiding any snagging cables.

Good useful video thank you. I have a slight problem with the battery and I only have the small one that you are demonstrating. My hand size means I struggle to remove it from the charger and lawnmower and strimmer. I can’t be the only woman who has bought this product so it’s something to watch for when purchasing.

Thanks for your comment, this isn't something I would have thought about but is interesting to know. Perhaps Ryobi will take this into account with future models

I have just bought that same mower from b&q not with strimmer as I dont need one. I got a 5ah battery with it. And the cable clips, well I just cut that 'prong' off, and clipped them and cable on the inside of the handle. Not used it yet as it aint stopped raining!. Good vid though.👍

it's a real shame the cheaper lawnmower doesnt fold up, i'd imagine you're going the cheap option for small gardens, and small gardens suggest smaller area for storage too.

Is your 36v mower still going strong? Great vid . suggestion , getting the Ryobi sniper cord but either way if you dunk the whole role in warm soapy water, for about five minutes , it will condition the line not to snap as easy and save you a lot of line

It's one of the best tools I've bought, still going strong, and I'm only on the 2nd reels after all this time, I saw the soapy water tricks after, but its been really good since getting it 👌

There's a plastic attachment inside the mower that you need to pull out before attaching the collecting bag, or the cuttings will go onto the ground as mulch.
