Damn, this is what I needed to hear. I just started my first job and its consulting (implementing software). I got no experience but the money was good..so i had to jump on the offer. Imposter syndrome is kicking in bad. Im not on any projects yet but im already imagining failing and messing up bad. Do you have any advice on the tools or tips to be organized? My goal is to make my worklife a priority and not take things seriously..I really dont care about happy hours or internal community services.
Can you perhaps make a video about auditing that's just a bit more specific. The learning curve you mentioned: what would be an area of the audit where you experienced that and how did that unfold? Did your seniors support you appropriate and provide you or direct you to the explicit, yet idiosyncratic, knowledge of the specific are you were expected to audit?

In last 2 weeks I am working without any break and I feel exhausted. Now I realised that yes I need to set boundaries. I can't say yes to everything and yes to late sittings and weekend working. It's just so overwhelming Thank you for making me realize and prioritize myself over and the job. God bless
