I remember how I wanted iPhone 13 pro max back then, sadly it was too expensive for me, but now I'm aiming at 15 pro max. I must say that blue iPhone 13 pro looks still amazing, I really liked the green variant too on 13 pros. Considering, that iPhone 13 pro/ pro max brought 120hz and incredible battery (pro max), it was possibly the best iPhone and 2 years later still looks great. If you don't need that A17 pro with 8GB RAM for some specific things like AAA gaming, then it's pointless to switch in my opinion. Dynamic island or slightly better photos aren't enough to upgrade from 13 pros.

If I had a choice, I'd love to get a 13inch MBA M2 in silver. My old laptop was a 2013 15inch Macbook Pro and it recently got broken. For me, not mention about the camera. Just usbc is worth from 13 promax. Now i can: transfer photos/any files to the usbc flash drive directly within seconds and connect big screen tv/monitor to play full screen games. Just like a mini computer now.
I have the regular 13 pro and honestly my favorite iphone. Going to upgrade to the 15 pro max for the bigger screen and battery and to experience the dynamic island/action button. It would usually wait another year or two but $1000 off trade in through my carrier so why not.
Just upgraded mine, 13 pro max to 15 pro max, and it’s not bad, only reason I did the upgrade was cause my back was shattered and my phone was getting extremely hot when charged.. but if I didn’t have those problems I would of probably not had gotten it.. not much of a difference, camera and dynamic island are nice, USB-C is too but wouldn’t say it’s worth upgrading…

In reality for most folks both of these phones offer a superb experience and mostly the difference in performance is unseen. I have an 11 Pro Max & a 13 Pro Max and both are amazing. The 120hz on the 13 Pro Max is nice though.

Believe it or not this review I was missing so much. I he a 512gb 13 PM and I just love it. Came from Samsung S21U and never looked back. The battery life w/ insane usage is just crazy after 2 yrs still 89%. I wait till 17 PM hopefully then we get a periscope cam and a fingerprint reader.
I have a 13 PM as well. Best iPhone ever made in my optinion. It would be nice if the 17 PM would have a 5000 mah battery and lasts for 3 days. I think the 13 PM will be fine for the next 2-3 years

My stainless steel has held up really well, like it’s absorbed some pretty nasty falls without a case, avoiding shattering the front or back glass

I have 13 pro max and I will not upgrade just cuz I don’t see a big improvement from 13 to15. It’s just small changes for me and the 15 body is more fragile than the 13. I wish we have a big improvement like was the iPhone 8 for iPhone X.

Upgraded from 13 pro max to 15 pro max , there is clearly difference i love the new one
Here in the uk you can get a good condition iPhone 13 Pro Max for around 400 like a paid for my sierra blue one with 90bh.The 15 pro max is 1200 new.And barely and difference in real world use.And the build quality of the 13 pro max is substantially better.As for the A15 vs A17 the A15 doesn’t heat up but the A17 does that’s worrying it feels like the new process node tech is flawed this season and will be much better next year once they know how to improve it.

Thinking about it for satellite connectivity and the usb-c and I always use a highly rated drop tested case so don’t see a problem.I mean who walks around within a case on a phone these days?
Bought the iPhone 13 Pro Max refurbished. From a normal iPhone 11. The price was cheaper than a normal iPhone 15. This will hold a few years next upgrade at least 17 or 18.

No macro on the 13PM? yes there is! :) Also, you don't need to start/stop recording to use the zoom in video mode on the 13PM, you can zoom seamlessly while recording video.

Only on paper apple claim 2-3 times faster than previous generations but in reality it’s just minor differences as you can notice in your video.

Just got a used excellent condition 13 pro max 1tb for $700. Coming from an 11 non pro. What a DIFFERENCE.
I own both. The 15 pro max so far better camera, slimmer all around, brightness is great in sun, usb c has been nice, dynamic island is cool, I turned off always on display, action button is nice to have for camera, lighter, speakers sound better when I’m in the shower,
But charging is slightly slower, and battery lasts less

@@0py6f between 0-48% mines stays at 27 watts. Then between 50-80% it goes from 22 watts to 15 watts. As soon as it hits 80% drops to 8 watts. Could be it feels slower because the battery is bigger but mainly if it feels hot the watts are dropping on it. It stayed close the 27 watts longer when I didn’t use it while charging

I went to the Apple store and played with the 15 pro max I was going to upgrade from my 13pro max and I'll be honest after 10 minutes of playing with the phone I just wasn't impressed enough to do it, Also my 13 pro max is in mint condition so I really couldn't see spending the money I left without doing it I'll wait to the 16 Pro Max this video showed me my decision was the right one.
Some camera/video functions you miss out though if you stick to your 13 pro max.... I am also thinking whether I should upgrade or not... :) Action mode, 5x cam, pro log and so on ...:)

No macro option on the 13 Pro? Get closer and it activates.
Also, lenses change automatically on he 13 Pro, all the way up to 9X which uses the telephoto lens. The more I go on the more I realize this video doesn’t give the 13 Pro a fair shot. Sheesh
I got the iPhone 13 Pro Max and the iPhone 15 pro max. I got it bc I thought the camera was better. It’s not really that much better. Just a tiny tiny bit, I couldn’t really tell much of a difference. Also the iPhone 15 pro max gets pretty hot compared to the 13 pro max. I thought the update was supposed to fix it. This is brand new like 2 days ago and it’s already hot.

If you want a bigger phone then I would but otherwise it’s not much of an upgrade for the price in my opinion. I have the 13 pm and will be waiting for the 16 and possibly the 17 if the 16 is exactly the same again

The microphone sounds much better on the 15PM than the 13 unless you were using a separate mic while recording this or how you were holding it differently.. But every time i watched this with my AirPod pros, I can hear the difference and the 15 sounds much more clear.

It wasn't much of an upgrade for me from iPhone 11 PM to iPhone 15 PM to be honest, so I think there's no point for the iPhone 13 PM.
If you dont take photos much then might not be, but photos are way better on the 15PM. Same for night mode is waaay better.
I really think it's worth the upgrade just look at the bezzles of both phones and notice the difference plus the weight the dynamic island although I really love the iPhone 15 pro max it's way over my budget but hopefully apple will continue making better iphones ,I might find myself always wanting for the next iphone launch day
The weight difference is practically non-existent…. 19 grams/ 0.6 oz is undetectable in just about any case except putting it on a scale. The enhanced camera and slimmer bezels are a different story
@rigatonydanza5144 haven't had contact with it to feel the weight difference but pple all over are saying that it's lighter and more comfortable because of the rounder edges
@@rigatonydanza5144It is surprisingly quite noticeable. Honestly didn't think I would notice it but it's definitely noticeable. However for normal circumstances I would say it's overall probably not worth the upgrade yet. It does definitely look like a newer phone with slim bezels so at least its on par with Android flagships with that. The biggest difference is probably the speakers actually. The 13 pro max already had amazing speakers for a phone but they massively improved on the 15 pro max.

I just got my iphone 15 pro max from iphone 13 pro. If the glass of my ip13 pro didn't break and had a problem with the camera (just one glass) I wouldn't have changed. I'm not even sure if thenchanges are a lot.
