    This is a very helpful video!!! I needed it so much. We have a laser cutting machines in college that can cut for us for free but I didn't know how to actually use them! Thank you!!

    Great vedio.
    We use cad commands (overkill) for overlapping lines before we cut

    I first use Sketchup, then export to CAD, the results are highly detailed as you can understand how the thickness of the materials can work to your advantage.

    Thanks for all of your tutorials Balkan, you are amazing! I've a question though. How did you separate your model into stackable layers? They are spread out on the cutting material in slices, ready to be layered. That's the part I don't get :-|

    What setting to change so that the machine will recognize that the line will be cut and the other will be engrave?

      Red for cutting, blue for engraving.

    Autocad is fantastic tool, too bad that it is ridiculously expensive for individuals. last one I had was the 2014 version I think.. Blender is calling me again..
