    a nice lil tip for those that try to remove their steering wheel but its stuck - dont take off the bolt or the nut all the way, leave it screwed in for a few threads, so that way when you gorilla power pull it, you dont smack yourself in the face

    Hey Jay, this might be dumb but also might save some time, I have a car where the battery is hidden as well and what I did was install a battery kill switch. Im confident I dont need to explain further but it might help in the future so you dont have to take apart the front end like that to access what you need and etc. Just a thought! Great video though, fun to see you jumping into your side hobbies/passions. Sadly youtube never shows me these videos when theyre uploaded which drives me nuts but what can you do.

  • @albertko1

    Part of the issue with the paddles is that with most CFRP is that it's not fully carbon fiber but carbon wrapped fiberglass so there's quite a bit of flex as well. If those paddles were metal (like an aluminum alloy) and the spring was adjusted...
    You might just want to swap to the Plus paddles which are just a tad bigger and might be reachable with your hands at 10 & 2.

    I've learned a lot about computers from watching your videos so ill give you some pointers about safety. 9:58 never place an airbag facedown in the case that it goes off unless you want a new face or a new skylight for the garage. Its more of a precaution in the event that the airbag malfunctions because that shit will eject.

    • @B_M_A
      @B_M_A 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Another cool tip is when you have disconnected the battery in the car already and then entirely removed the airbag from the car there's zero current going into the airbag when it's sitting on the parts bench. Because of this phenomenon you can literally throw it around like a baseball or sit it anywhere and not worry about a single thing. Airbags don't just go off or malfunction outside of a car, they require a specific voltage to and from the module in the event of a hard impact INSIDE the car. He's fine.

    6:41 I feel you there, I’m 6’4 350+ and I DONT FIT IN ANYTHING. Lol I also wear a size 16 shoe so that really makes driving certain vehicles damn near impossible. I had to borrow my mothers Toyota van and I expected to be crunched in there, but what I didn’t expect was the gas pedal being like an inch and a half wide right next to the console. No joke I was only able to use my pinky toe to push the pedal. Needless to say I will never try to drive it again.
