    What is Glenn using when he wet sands....water or an oil? If oil, what oil?

    • @CraftSuppliesUSA
      @CraftSuppliesUSA  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Glenn uses mineral oil to wet sand. Here's a link to the mineral oil we sell if you're interested. www.woodturnerscatalog.com/p/41/4772/Terra-Nova-NaturOil

      @@CraftSuppliesUSA The label underneath "WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm" isn't too inspiring. I have bought and watched all of Glenn's videos and he says he uses liquid paraffin, which is a common laxative at chemists etc. Others call it mineral oil etc but it is human digestible and harmless, not the same as what you've linked to.

      @@oo0Spyder0oo You need to remember that all those warnings are for one state, California. They think every thing is dangerous and causes cancer.

    I love the drama of advertising the safety equipment yet ignoring hand protection while applying the finish.

      @@ppumpkin3282 What's your point? Repeated/prolonged exposure to any chemical can create a health hazard. Plus, the habit of not protecting hands when applying a finish can lead to ignoring the safety concerns when using something even more dangerous.
