Same, I didn't like her damage so I built Herta and Jingliu only to find out later that Pela isn't a dps.

@@illusionmaho4898Silver wolf is single target, Pela is aoe. She's a lot better for horde modes like pure fiction and when multiple strong enemies are together.
Great video overall! About the 11:23 section (How to Ult on First Turn) there's 3 more options:
- Skill turn 1: Any LC on Pela + Ruan mei's signature on the team + Talent lvl 7
- Skill turn 1: Any LC on Pela + 3* lightcone Fine Fruit, works at Talent lvl 1
- Basic turn 1: Pela with 'Resolution Shines as Pearls of Sweat' lightcone + 3* lightcone Fine Fruit + Talent lvl 12 + Penacony or Vonwacq 2pc

Resolution has some pretty steep EHR reqs at low superimposition so EHR chest can be super strong on some accounts
That is true. I just did the comparison at S5 but its a good point that S3 and lower is pretty rough

Thanks for this guide!! I use Pela a lot on Blade and Dan Heng IL teams. I built her to be quite fast so she can keep making SP for IL to burn and for Bronya to pull Blade's slow butt up from the bottom of the action list every turn. I haven't looked at her trace levels or relics in months so I'll have to check them out now that I have a better idea of what to do.

My GOAT. I use her all the time, everywhere. My build wasn't optimal, so this video really helped me fix her up for my Jingliu and soon-to-come Acheron!
I have almost all Nihility units but Welt (sadly he hasn't come home yet Bronya E2, Bailu E0 and Gepard E0 🥲) and haven't leveled up my Pela so far, she's been benched but I think Acheron and Ratio are motivating me to build her and this video is a signal :) Thank you for the guide! Loved the Guoba's Pela cosplay!
This'll definitly be helpful and good info to double check onvmy with Pela! I use her mostly with Ratio and Topaz as a debuff support. Im thinking of adding Adventurine to this team as the sustain as well

I rebuilt my E6 Pela a few weeks ago and I'm now running 4.3k HP, 1100 DEF, 141 SPD, 69% EHR with Tutorial and 4pc Wind set.
It works so good. Having 100% uptime on her ult shredd feels great. Very pleased with her performance and will put her to good use with Acheron (and Jingliu after her rerun lol).
What a FORTUITOUS GUIDE! Bet she'll be REALLY HELPFUL for future characters >:3

FINALLY someone mentions before the tutorial mission on pela! full basic spam 2 turn ult is crazy good and I have been running that for almost a year but seems like tutorial is silverwolf only lightcone when its not the case, even tho, resolution is even better than tutorial on silverwolf
Having only started a little over two weeks ago I feel pain whenever i see someone with a pela or a tingyun, thankfully the 2.1 banners will feature her. I will probably at most do 40 pulls on that so im hoping for an E1 pela and gallagher in case im lucky 🙏
i saw 4p wind back in 1.0 and i was like " yeah let's do it " and i always played her like that, i don't wanna imagine playing her without it
I would just like to note that even if you don't get to a better rotation for your specific build from levelling Pela's talent, you do still get SOME value from doing so if your team can work with an earlier ult than planned, since the rotations don't account for energy from dead enemies or Pela getting hit, so that exess energy can occasionally add up to give you Pela's ult early.

got this recommended to me so i took a quick look at my trusty Pela who i still use but never really updated her set since i got her. Man Ive been running 4pc thief and pan-cosmic ice dmg sphere + atk rope LMAOOO i was so new to the game and building characters in general and it shows. Needless to say, this video was a very helpful reminder!
I'm running BE pela with pearls and broken keel. Been working wonders.
Pela was my mvp support and love her. She's great on almost all battle scenarios. I haven't used her as of recent after my account got overwhelmed with so many Harmony units but if there's a chance I can use her, I definitely gonna slot her in for how amazing she does in our team.
The light cone part here just helped me understand why my Pela seems to be so dominant in my pure fiction runs. Tutorial + wind set makes her spam her ult so incredibly fast, and so many pf mechanics so far reward spammable aoe ults.
Sad that I missed the tutorial light cone. My pela and SW fight over whose turn is to use shirtless Luka lol.
I have always used the break effect 4-piece set: MOC waves with lots of ice-weak enemies make her damage pretty substantial with breaks, while the 4-piece effect makes her ult rotation a lot better. Might not be her best in slot, but chances are you have a lot of that set just sitting in your inventory so might as well put it on her if you have no alternatives
Her e4 plus s5 pearls really game changer tbh. Glad I just finished build her yesterday with 4pc eagle set 143 SPD and 66 EHR
Returnee player here. Quit playing after getting Luocha in his debut banner and before IL came out. Was trying to find some updated Pela builds because I *hate* that Bug Boss. Couldn't get past it. Ended up building my Pela and Herta and squashed that Zerg wannabe. Luckily, they both were halfway built already. So they didn't eat up much of ny resources. Sometimes buffing yourself won't be the best we to beat content. Debuffing your enemies also is a great strat to check if you're stumped.
This episode of Guola was well-presented and I love the detail in the rundown, as well as providing more information regarding the Hackerspace + Rainbow set vs the Wind set. The short summary at the start and concise information at 12:00 are all insightful as well. Good job Mr. Bear!

She was my 1st Ice Unit Yep,not Herta since i got her at my beginner banner with the standard ticket ingame mail i was so amazed of her skill's Remove buff back then so i built her instantly haha

Pela is the real best debuffer in the game haha. Ive built her with 2p spd 2p hp sets and she is amazing with the tutorial lc. Lets hope a rerun for that lightcone for new players

Didn’t know she was such a staple that I’ve been missing out on.
It's frustrating that all guides say use this set if your not going a sub-dps pela, but then don't explain a sub-dps pela build, have been looking everywhere for a guide to maximise her dps in my blade team :(
It would be nice to do more updated guides of the 4 star of the game, they are so good and got better with the game. A guinaifen update will be nice considering Archeron.

I wish I could give you some of mine bc the banners will not stop dropping the Resolution Shines card for me to the point where I have 2 extra even after superimposing to rank 5 🥲 I will say a lot of them I got from a LC banner recently, so I’d look out for those and see if they pop up there!
I've been running 4p Musketeer on her since the beginning. I should've probably updated her pieces/moved some stuff around months ago, but I really kinda couldn't be bothered until now

Excellent video as always, but only support builds. Recommendations for a sub-dps build (or another source for one) for lvl80 E6 Pela (in addition to the usual debuffing/dmg amp)? Also, I've been rolling 4pc musketeer rather than hackerspace (since my gang of harmonies have been hogging the hackerspace set), and running S2 on pearls (SW has the tutorial cone).

Hey guoba! I don't know if you've looked into this yet, but, do you need a certain set/build and speed amount if you pair her with E2 Acheron? Right now I got her on a budget 4p wind set, because I like the 4p passive, and tutorial. So far I've had no complaints, but I'm looking to optimise my Acheron team now!

You mean become sp positive ? Yes she can make that happen whenever her ult is up but it won’t be up every pela rotation

Well My Pela needed ER rope which was on salsoto set, then I could not get a good def or hp sphere so I gave her atk one and as I found I was near the needed EHR I gave her a CR body piece and with 2 hacker set and 2 despite set she is a hybrid sub DPS build that can do great break damage especially with Ruan Mei in the team and she dont leave my party in Swarm or GnG mode whenever I have remembrance blessings active. Things might change once I get a good Ice DPS (hopefully)

if i’m farming the glacial cavern either way for jingliu, do i use the wind pieces i get on pela? like is it better that 2pc 2pc if i already have the pieces ready?
I'm personally a wild wheat pela enjoyer, it still have the same speed as the speed set and it has attack and basic attack increased, i'm really lucky on the sub stats so i have max ehr WITH decent attack crit rate and crit dmg AND 144 speed (not including ruan mei). And she is doing 50k+ every time except the first turn and almost 90k. I have E6 Pela so i recommend everybody should build her
I'm so obsessed with getting Sweaty Pearls LC that I'm regularly doing 10 pulls on both standard and event banners. I ended up accidentally getting an early pull of Aventurine because of it. Still no Sweaty Pearls LC though. Desire Sensor is REAL!

My Pela is still build like a DPS and has some amazing DPS set pieces (the basic ATK set). Now with Archeron, I also sould change the plantar set as well as making her a bit faster lol (still works tho, she just does not care for anything set related).
Can I ask about the Eagle set? If that set minimizes her speed requirements, around what speed should I aim for Pela with Eagle Set?
what about zub dps e6 pela? should I still go with rtytorial or is it berter a gnasw? is wind set still ok or should I give her ice or pioneer set?
With Acheron getting her ult stacks every time she or team mates debuffs, we will definitely see more pela useage, maybe even Mono Nihil teams
Personally, I have the thief of shooting meteor set on Pela for the bonus energy on weakness break.
Hey Guoba, I know its late to ask, but about luca's lc Resolution Shine, its said 100% base chance, how much EHR do I need to proc if its only 90% or S4, since my pela has 80% EHR + 10% (90% in total) from her trace and her basic atk sometimes didnt proc it
What if i don't have resolution, tutorial and eyes of prey? Is the herta shop lc ok?
Is there advice as to how to get onto these massive stats? I genuinely struggle to get onto high speed, yet alone get many rolls on the stats I need.

Just a couple questions about the graphics in the video today.
You recommend her Talent to be between levels 5 and 9, but is there any drawback to it being maxed out? Pela was one of my mainstays in the early game so I got all of her traces.
I'm also curious about Lynx as the recommended Healer for all the team suggestions. Is this just for f2p friendliness, or did she stealthily become better than Luocha and Huohuo at some point?
Talent maxed may help in random scenarios or if you wanna try 2 turn without Tutorial :P lots of tiny ways it can help out, also other energy gifting mechanics like fine fruit, Ruan sig, huohuo so I dont think its too bad
Lynx isnt better but I put her for the blade team and by now ppl know they can replace with any sustain (i think it pops up in the vid too)
