Thanks for a good review and for focusing on what I believe is important; COMFORT! I couldn't care less whether it does 0-100 in 4 or 6 seconds but I do care about noice and ride quality. Agree that this car is expensive. Too close to the EQC....

EQC hardly sells over here. Starting at just below 80k and realistically costs 90k. It seems like we are being ripped of on electric car pricing, specially if you compare the difference in averages income.

Very happy with my EQA. It's compact, smart, understated, comfortable, and there's little things I like such as the presence of physical buttons, and the retractable glass sunroof. Range and boot space is enough for me. My only gripe is the seats could be a bit more comfortable but apart from that it's suits me perfectly and I love the interior

Nice video Kris. It is always nice to see you driving around my neighbourhood :) . I really like the EQA but I simply couldn't live with a boot that small (Mercedes should at least offered the option to move the rear seats forward when not in use to gain boot capacity. It would be interesting if you can do (when the car is available in Norway) a range test of the new version available in other markets (EQA 250+) with 71kwh net capacity, new engine in the front and a range of 540 WLTP. God bedring!

Kris, I have had an EQA 250 since September and I agree with your review and your criticisms are spot on.
The window switchgear is odd and doesn’t fit in with the rest of the car’s high quality and the trunk is frustratingly too small.
Totally agree with the sentiment that a maxed out 350 makes no sense and you’re better off in an EQC.
You may already know but the car has an auto-regen option if you push and hold one of the paddles the car will then use its radar to adjust the level of regen automatically. It takes a little bit of getting used to and I hated it at first but you eventually get used to it - it’s not perfect- but it makes life easier and I prefer it to one pedal driving.
Great content keep it up and get better soon.

When are you doing such an article on the Mercedes EQB that it will be possible to know if it is worth buying it I am waiting for your articles to decide on my next vehicle

Hi Kris, will you be reviewing the Mercedes EQB anytime in the future? Kind regards.

I used to think Norway was expensive. Starting price of the EQA 350 AMG line is 67000€. Add some options and it costs €80000. That’s completely outrageous and it is totally not worth it. The range isn’t good and for the leasing rate (over €1200 a month) you get a really nice Audi e-tron 55.
Can’t understand why anyone would get one in my country.

Starting price for EQA is actually OK compared to other "non-premium" brands .....or any brands. .
And extra equipment for Audi is hysterically much more expensive! That kills you. 🤢

IMHO. Ford always dissapponts. And Mercedes makes you feel a bit special. Great stuff🙏👊

My current Mercedes CLA is my biggest disappointment interior wise. Quality, rattles and driving position are a real let down. The only Mercedes EV I like turns out to be just out of budget (EQE). And the basic price for a EQA is €54000 for EQA 250 business line with a complete lack of range or equipment.
It seems going electric means saying goodbye to the Germans. The only German electric car where you get a good package (quality) for your money is the Audi e-tron 55 due to the nice discounts.

It’s too small in the rear seats it’s a shame

Better to get a EQA 200, and all goodies, for the same price...

You'd want 300 or above with 4WD for arctic climates like the poster has. Otherwise I would agree.

  • @ozturert

Exactly. The price is st.pidly high for that car. Another problem is, if you don't get the AMG package the EQA series look like reaaaally cheap Chinese cars. Really Mercedes, what were you thinking?

    • @zeedustrakok
      @zeedustrakok 2 ปีที่แล้ว

They were thinking that people would be more likely to shell out €60k for the basic AMG line since that is the basic price over here for a 250 AMG line.

a lot of talk, repetitions over and over, useless review, I am the owner of a EQA 350 4matic and was expecting concise and specific facts about the car 😖😟
