@@Dream_UK Acha Ritwik I had a doubt regarding visa filing. Suppose my parents are providing me the funds for my abroad studies and I'll be showing those funds into my account for 30 days. After holding for a month, I will then have to apply for my visa along with all the supportive documents. So will the visa department be looking for Income Tax Returns file? As I'm a fresh graduate, I don't have a ITR file. Do I need to show my parents ITR files or the process can go on with only the bank statements and consent letter from my parents? Please reply.

P.S My university says that you shouldn’t apply for your visa until 3 months before the start date of your course, do you think that could be a reason too?

With regards to your question, If you're applying from outside the UK, you can apply for visa 6 months before your course start date. 3 months rule is applicable if you apply for visa from inside the UK.

hello brother! i understood your flaws in the visa application just by listening your case cos i have also faced refusal from canada in 2012 since then I ve been studying canada immigration and giving free counselling to students for canada immigration.
Though I do not know much about UK, the best advice I can give you is to involve authorised UK immigration advisor by UK govt. as for Canada we have ICCRC members or immigration lawyers. Because they have right to represent you to immigration and make your case simpler for visa officer.

Maybe the problem was that you used many accounts statements . Your advice is right now to use only one bank statement . That is an easy task for the visa officer to grant visa .

Do we need to upload the bank statements on the VIsa portal, or present them during our BIometric Visit to the VFS center?
You can either submit docs online or at the VFS centre.

It's unfortunate that you had to undergo this experience. I am certaint that consolidating all the funds to a single account should help resolve the issue. But the additional waiting time of 28 days will need to be met.
I'm actually filling in the details for the UKVI application right now and want to thank you for sharing the idea of adding a covering letter to the financial documents to elaborate and provide details.

Yes, that's unfortunate and I learned about cover letter the hard way. It's even more frustrating to see my consultant saying nothing about it in the first place, because that could have saved me from wasting a lot of money, time, and energy. Since it's clear one can't completely rely on a study abroad consultant, I thought of sharing this information with everyone.

Just to clear- There is no interview in VFS for VISA.
You can't file VISA early. CAS is mostly given 2months before.
4 bank account statement was really not a good idea. Unfortunate.

Thank you for helping student like us..!! :) Second thing, I have funds according to 105rs per pound rate and today pound rate is 104.63 rs.. Don't worry, two proofs are fine. I submitted 4, that too from different banks. I think that caused an issue.

No, you don't.
For me also was the same case bro. They said that I had insufficient funds, but they did not factor in the amount of sponsorship I received. So, I applied for the Administrative Review. I got the successful result the next month, but I received visa after 10 months. January '22 was my course start, and I came to the UK in November '22.

Bro, in the case of the loan application. If loan covers tuition and living expenses both. Do I still need to show 28 days old back statement holding sufficient money in it? Or loan samction letter is all good?

If you're showing complete funds from loan, then you shouldn't need 28 days old funds in your bank. Because you're aren't showing money from your bank account.

As we all know for sept intake UK govt. release CAS letter in June end or July start, then how it is possible to apply for visa 6 months prior?

No it's not mandatory. But if you haven't filed you application already, I'd definitely suggest adding it.

You cannot complete visa application without paying IHS. So if you have completed your application, that means IHS is paid. So, no proof required :)

If you're taking loan from complete tuition fee and living expenses, then no need to show your own funds. Also, there is no issue in showing own funds. It's just that, try keeping money in one account. If it is in more than 1 account, then add cover letter like I explained in the video.

Hello, I'm not sure about that! Have you already submit visa application with that document? If no, then try getting it corrected. Why take any risk?

Koi dikkat nahi hogi. But income tax ka khayal rakhna agar itni badi transaction ek baar mein karoge toh. Haan multiple FDs dikha sakte ho aap.

When your visa was rejected .u got any email that u have been refused or you get to know when u have received passport
One small suggestion if its possible put all the funds in a single account. Giving multiple accounts is always a risk. But i am not sure if you'll have to wait another 28 days for that. Anyway.. I wish you all the best! Hope everything goes well.

Will a Official Financial letter of Sponsorship suffice?

Hi Peter, thanks for the appreciation. For student loans you need to show a student loan letter which:
is dated no more than 6 months before the date of application
confirms the loan is a student loan provided by either the relevant government or a government sponsored student loan company or an academic or educational loans scheme
confirms there are no conditions on release of the loan funds other than a successful application to study
confirms the amount of the loan
confirms the loan is for you
is on official stationery
confirms the funds will be available to you, or paid directly to the sponsor, before you begin your course

Hi Somnath, I'm not really sure about that. I have noticed that if university is not very highly ranked, then UKVI takes an interview of students. But again I'm not sure if this is completely true.

I have a question regarding TB report, I have one spelling mistake in TB report that is, in my passport my name is Mohammad Adeeb and in my TB report it is Mohammed Adeeb, But the passport number in the TB report is correct. Hi Arpyit, I'll suggest you to attach a cover letter to summarize your funds. For the format, you can get it from your counselor or Google it. I don't have it :)
