Hey I had a question regarding the VISA process. The BRP comes only after I submit my VISA application right?
I ask this because I will apply for VISA on 22-24 as my 28 days for financial docs will complete by then. So should I apply for BRP earlier or is that a part of the visa process?
Ur BRP is made after ur visa is approved. U will get to collect it upon reaching uk.
Hello, I have one more question regarding educational documents. I just need to submit only those educational documents which are mentioned in cas letter right? Like, in my cas letter mentioned about Ielts and graduation. So, do I need to submit 10th or 12th marksheet?
U need to submit whatever is mentioned on ur cas and ur 10th/12th as well if u submitted it to ur uni during application process

I apply my UK Student visa on 19th July and my biometric will be on 29th July. Exchange rate on 19th July was high. I pay more fees to univ and my univ update my CAS on 21st July with same number. Will UKVI consider the new Updated CAS which my University update before my Biometric?

They will only keep passport and return everything else.
If we upload the documents by ourselves do we still need to carry them? I don't have org doc for experience letter.. Is it ok?
You have to carry everything you uploaded, you can carry photocopy for the ones you don't have original form

No. The certificate is enough. X ray is needed only when something is detected in you chest.
My father's name on all my documents Shakil Ahmad but 12th marksheet it is shakilahmad ( mistake is Shakil Ahmad is joined)will it affect my student study visa?
No it won't, but for safety you can attach an affidavit.

If you have received CAS without the transcript, then don't worry about it.

Meanwhile, just wanted to know - I've completed my BTech in the year 2021, so i have 1 year study gap. In this year gap do i need to show them proof like I did an online course + offline project work. Do i need to show them certificates?
Thanku for ur kind words 🙏...coming to ur question, u can have upto 3 years of study gap and not have to show anything for it, however, if u are asked by the university to show, then u can show them. For visa purposes, u wont require to show any proof

If you are showing funds from your parent's account, then you will have to write a sponsorship letter claiming that they are allowing you to use the funds and have it signed and attested.

Bhai uk ka dependent visa ke liye fees online nhi ho rhi hai, to VFS me jaker main applicant ke liye priority service or dependent ke liye simple visa fee wahi payment hogi ya nhi, appointment mil gyi h lakin fees pay karna hai baki

I don't have original class 12 marksheet. I had submitted Xerox copy while applying for University. In Cas they mention they require just degree certificate. Do i need to submit Xerox class 12 marksheet (black and white) ?

You just fill out your address, if you have taken postal service, they will send you the passport there.

Hi All, my experience in VFS is as below:
Appointment at 10:20, security verification, our number was 46, running number was 28. They took our VFS appointment letter, Document checklist first page, IHS surcharge fee print. Other than this they did not ask any documents. They returned our IHS receipt after biometrics. Completed and came out after 2 hours.
Points to be noted:
Carry colour copies of certificates(just in case)
Upload only the required documents. Dont overload the visa office. Too many documents will take more time.
The minimum upload documents in VFS website are :
1. CAS Letter
2. Degree Certificate
3. Mark statement
4. Bank letter
5. Document checklist
6. Affidavit in case of name change
7. Consent letter and birth certificate in case using parents money
Hello Vikalp! Thanks for making this video. I've a doubt regarding birth certificate.
I'm taking student loan for paying my UNI tuition fees and my father is the co-applicant for the same. Also, he's providing 10% of my living cost. Therefore, I need to attach birth certificate to prove my relationship with my father for UK student visa.
Now, the dilemma is that - I already have a birthday certificate which was issued in 2001, only on paper record (not digitised or linked to aadhar) and is in both English & State regional language but only has my father's name on it. Will it be accepted for VISA application? Although, whatever sponsorship I'll be receiving, will be provided by my father and rest from my own bank account. Or, do I need to reissue a digitised aadhar linked birth certificate with both of my parents name on it? As it'll take lot of time and effort.

If you are showing funds that only have your father's name on it, then only your father's name on the birth certificate should suffice. If mother's name was also in any of the financial documents, then you would have required mother's name as well on the document.

Bhai Maine education loan liya h. Aur living k jo paise h wo mere account mei Hain. Magar Mera Jo account hai na vo joint h. Matlab main first name or mere papa second name h. Toh kya mujhe birth certificate Dena padega and papa se ek noc letter Lena padega?

I dont think u need any additional docs in case of joint account, as long as u r main account holder it should be fine.....accomodation booking is not mandatory, university address daal dena usse ho jaega kaam
