Hi ritwik , thank you so much for sharing all experience in uk . But on website there are two rates available one is standard ongoing rate and another one lower going rate . So which one is valid for visa . Because on my cos is showing lower going rate I think . Please suggest me should I apply visa or should I contact company about this scenario or rules ..
You qualify for the lower rate if you:
are applying for a Health and Care Worker Visa in certain occupations
got your certificate of sponsorship for this visa application before 4 April 2024
got your certificate of sponsorship for your first Skilled Worker visa before 4 April 2024 and have continually held one or more Skilled Worker visas since then

Hi Ritwik, I am looking for a sponsored job in the ecology sector, per problem ye hai ki iss sector Mai konsi companies sponsored jobs provide karti hai, kuch clear nahi hai, government ki website pe mention to hai per jo companies sponsored jobs deti bhi wo bhi abhi mana kar rahi hai. If you can make a video about the ecology or environmental science sector, that will be helpful.

Great video like always, Ritwik! I have two questions. Are only people who are 26 years old or younger eligible for applying for the new entrant visa? And is a research technician in the field of cancer considered under any of the job codes of the immigration salary list?

What's the point of new entrant visa if you need to earn >38,000 once your new entrant visa expires.

I have a question and that is there is option for +-10% in salary for new entrant that is acceptable. Is that true or not? And I have 1 question and that is if age is more then 26 and student is on psw does this new entrant rule apply on it or not plz guide thanks
Any graduate visa holder Qualified for extra 2 year, Cos work end date, should not exceed from first day of graduate visa to 4 years completion.
What about 70% discount on standard going rate?

Good information, I want explain few additional points, for your viewers
New entrants route is for 4 years only.
After completing successful study.
Option 1.
2 year graduate visa+ 2 year SW visa
Option 2.
4 years SW visa
Option 3.
Any combination for 4 years of graduate visa and SW visa
Also you must check Going rate for calculation of new entrant or legal terms(SW option E).
