Great quality low height cooler with next level customer support for the extra price. With the much cheaper Thermalright Silver Soul 135, Silver Soul 110, ID-COOLING SE-207-XT slim. It is getting much tougher in the low height cooler market.
I really want one over thermalright solely because it’s a single fan and I wanna see my pretty ram… But the practical side of me realizes that’s not worth the money
Love Noctua, have 3 of their coolers, NHD 15, NHD 12 and 1 of their first 12" single tower coolers but all bought at a deal or used as I can't justify the MSRP price. Using the NHD 15 now to cool my 9900k at 5.1Ghz.
Thank you for the review. I don't fully agree with Noctua's price here. It seems a very solid cooler, especially for people who won't put their PC under high load often (build for parents' pc?). But why did they use NT H1 instead of NT H2 thermal paste? I don't understand... Atleast we are finally seeing air coolers with proper design including LCP fans.
@@TheTastefulThickness well you said 'quality', so that must be the Fan? other Products are able to produce good Cold Plates, so all that's left is that you must be referring to the Fan.

Price is challenging... Another great review as always!
Good review as always.
Neat, if I find it on a sale I'll probably get one.

Great, thank you !!!
Tyvm for the vid.
Makes sense for some SFF builds, but overall, who would take this over Thermalright, new Arctic 36, things like those...

Thank you for AMD tests!

How does this compare to the peerless assassin mini?
Haven't tested any Thermalright product in ages.
👍🏼
Burson Audio uses a Noctua NF A12 fan to cool the components in their amps. You pay more because you get more. Quality & reliability.
if you're referring to an LCP based Fan being included, you could Buy one yourself separately and swap it onto some other Cooler 🤷♂
@taiiat0 I have no idea what you're talking about.

Yea the noctua fan is the subject of this video and of my comment.
