I still want to know what question 8 was *supposed* to be
-Sonic represents wind because "He is the wind that blows free" symbolising not only his speed but his free spirit
Imo, the sonic fanbase is actually in the best state it's ever been with all the hype around "shadow generations"
My awnsers:
1: None?? In Sonic X Sonic has a discussion with Tails in Episode 77 where Tails says he hates Sonic for not being able to save Cosmo, but they turned out fine because their friendship is unbreakable, as stated in Sonic Advance 3, they are the "unbreakable duo"
In Prime Sonic has a discussion with Tails where he gets mad for Sonic not listening, but that conflict is quickly resolved, there's also his things with Nine but he isn't Tails AND they get amends at the end of the show
SatAM I can't recall that moment ever happening, Tails in SatAM was just a literal child which Sonic acted as an older brother, I literally have no awnser for that
2: A. That one is easy, Sonic Heroes was the best selling 3D Sonic game, and it had around 3 million copies sold, that's BEFORE Frontiers came in and stole that title, ans even then both of this tirles don't come even close to the "worst" selling Genesis Sonic game Sonic 3 & Knuckles, and 06 is one of the WORST selling Sonic games it didn't even get into a million copies sold, just Lost World sold worse, Sonic 1 is the most sold Genesis Sonic game AND game in general, with almost 20 million copies sold, so it's A.

6: B, Knuckles. He's associated with Rap and Hip-Hop, Silver is more techno, and Shadow is more Emo and Hard Rock
7: A, Chronicles. I mean, it was literally MADE to have a sequel but it can't thanks to Ken Penders (although there are legal reasons involivng Endless Possibility too, but that wouldn't stop a sequel)

Like, Big is the easiest one to get out of question, He's the character with the easiest character lore in the series, just a regular fisherman, and has appeared in a conserable amount of mainline games like Sonic Adventure 1, Adventure 2 as cameos, Heroes, Colors DS and Frontiers and relevant canon spin-offs and extent media like Secret Rings, Team Sonic Racing and the IDW Comics
I could maybe see this being the case for Cream... the Advance Trillogy IS canon but much likely how people always not considered the Riders Trillogy canon even though nothing proved they weren't, but even with that she still appears in some mainline games, Heroes, Colors DS, Generations, mentioned in Frontiers, not to mention her also appearing in the Riders games and IDW Comics
But Silver is the most likely to be, idk how, even though 06 has a complicated plot, it still happens in the canon, and even if it didn't, Silver appears in many canon games, Rivals 1 and 2 where he meats Sonic after 06 for the first time, Colors DS, Generations, Forces, is mentioned in Frontiers, and also appears in Black Knight, Team Sonic Racing and the IDW Comics, so I'll say A, especially since you mentioned time travel which is 100% 06 related, but that doesn't sound right

13: B. Mike Pollock was the only one who stayed in the transition from the 4Kids Era to the Studiopolis Cast Era
14: B. Classic Tails always seemed to be orange nglll, only Modern Tails looks yellow, and the american Tails' brown, as much as it is in thr american boxart and later got into the american cartoons, I don't think it counts
15: All of them, the Sonic Fandom is weird. But seriously, I would say Shadow is the strongest here, Shadamy is really popular even though I don't like it and I'm more of a Sonamy guy myself (but I wasn't joking when I said all of them, they even ship Shadow with Sonic, some of them even makes Sonic, Amy and Shadow a polyamorous couple)
16: A. Michael Jackson and Cash Cash are iconic, even working with Sonic, but Crush 40 is just too iconic

18: ✅ You also forgot to explain that Super Sonic conceots in Sonic 1 weren't inspired by Dragon Ball, since the Super Saiyan didn't exist yet, the first issue of the manga featuring the SSJ was in 1991 a few months after Sonic 1, Super Sonic would oroginally be just Sonic glowing in blue, but in Sonic 2 they added a 7th Emerald and since the game is from 1992, they already had the SSJ design as inspiration, and Yuji Naka used it as the inspiration
