Strategy: Bullet-time with fire element.

0:00 1st Wizzrobe - Walnot Mountain
0:38 2nd Wizzrobe - Rospro Pass Skyview Tower
1:07 3rd Wizzrobe - Snowfield Stable (There used to be two here, now only one)
1:39 4th Wizzrobe - Otutsum Shrine (head south)
2:06 5th Wizzrobe - Otutsum Shrine (head NNW)
2:45 6th Wizzrobe - Gerudo - Highlands Tower (glide/dive north)
3:07 7th Wizzrobe - Laporah Mesa
3:32 8th Wizzrobe - Sapphia's Mesa
Note: Pelison will need to remove the gemstones from the weapons. For convenience, I leave a Travel Medallion in front of Pelison since I do this kind of thing a lot.

You are welcome. I recently found more than 20 places for sapphires respawning. And another 20 for Ruby's respawning.
I basically found them while flying at night. I do have a video for a really good flying machine that is not the same as what anybody else is showing on their videos. And, if you fly at night as long as you are 300 M or closer from the wizzobes with these weapons you'll see them. Thank you for watching and commenting. Take care.
