Is he at this point then, not leading the committee, or is he under the jurisdiction of the witness, and that witnesses department, which if that is the case, it should, not might, but should, disqualify him from that committee chair, and actually sitting on the committee for that matter! My, my, folks, are you really allowing this charade to continue with all the serious work to be done. You allowed a year of lawlessness, and now there is an attempt to provide scapegoats for these unlawful actions. Really pathetic!
