One thing I like about Bowser is he doesn't really stick to one genre of music to describe him. He has literal waltz music playing in his castle in this game. Bowser has good musical tastes.
Still sounds enchanting, but also whimsical, clumsy and pompous, fitting the architecture and baddies you fight at the end. Also has a 'parent reading the scary villain part to his kids' vibe, which is also fitting of course. These renditions are a testament to how much more inspired your work becomes.
