Sounds much more intimidating then the original, while still keeping the "bounciness" that made the original song so unique and fun. Very nice work! I like it significantly more then the original.
I feel like this is the way this soundtrack would sound if it had been composed today. It's kinda of a different mood than the original - the original was more mysterious and "confined" whereas this sounds larger and epic. I love both! Would be interesting to hear a take that retains the quieter vibe of the original, too!
I didn't get to play this game until (WAY) late in my life, I think after high school in fact if I'm correct otherwise my it was at least my last year so we'll just say earliest was 2014 I could've played it. I bought the Super Famicom version because it was cheaper, still I had no problem playing it because text wasn't needed to play it & it became a great game in my collection :)
@anandm4748 I meant how even though the version of the game I got was Japanese I didn't need to read what was being said in the game to understand how to play, despite it being Japanese learning how to play & what to do wasn't an issue.

This is the direction Yoshi island music should have taken
I agree!
snes tho
@@theopoldthegamer4284 they meant the style of music in the newer games.
@@Pokestir Makes sense. It sounsd almost like this in YWW.
The music in YWW is more... calm, and that game is the only one I legitimately cleared.
Lovely arrangement and use of choir, well done!
This is absoloutley amazing, it sounds lile something you would hear in a Yoshi's Island cartoon when the Yoshi's are nearing the final frontier.
Woah this is very intense, which isn’t a bad thing it makes me imagine far harder and chaotic castle levels, perhaps designed by tim burton?
Ah yes, some Yoshi greatness.

Epic!
This is crucial! I wish I could produce tracks like this. Though if they’re live, I guess I’m beat!
This better be NSMBR/NSMB3/NSML/NSMW’s Hard Mode Tower Theme (but with 0:50 - 1:07 cut off). I’m calling it.
10/10 gonna listen again
*everyone liked that*
This song deserves so many more likes than it has Top Notch work
Wind Waker theme XD
Great work
This is where the wind waker theme came from lol this song actually came first and the wind waker theme is based off this
@@TyrannosaurusGaming interesting
Awesome Cover!
Should do this for all Mario castle themes, has the potential of fitting in a remastered game

What do you mean by "text wasn't needed to play it"? Just curious.

I see you've chosen wisely in game choices.
I love the harpsichord
Maravilloso

Sounds like it's not a castle, rather an ancient desert temple.
Yes my favorite game!
Start sounds kinda arabian, then I can't describe how the rest sounds...
Awesome?
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
This is what we'd get if Tim Burton directed Yoshi's Island.
I would like to see a Nintendo switch remake of this game.
Sounds like a japanese emperor's theme
That wasn’t the first time Bowser did something.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Could I use this music for a Mario Kart 8 custom track? (Credit will be provided on the mod page of course)
Sorry for the late reply but sure just make sure to credit
@@Pokestir awesome, thanks
Super Mario Odyssey:Lost Origins.
Mario & Luigi: Realm of the Dark Shadows.
Does the choir chant have any lyrics or is it just gibberish? If it does have lyrics, what are these about?
Was this made on daw or recorded in real life because of the choir
I take that as a compliment haha
It was in a DAW, here is everything I use!
