      저 롤방식 사용하는 실리콘은 대부분 경화제를 과산화물
      peroxide 방식의 경화를 합니다.
      부산물이 나오기 때문에 식품이나 주방등 사람에게 적용되는 제품에는 쓰면 안되는데 현실은 막 쓰죠.
      사람이 쓰는 식품용기나 유아용 접시등 이런 제품은 백금촉매방시구써야 하는데 비싸니 잘 안써요.
      그래도 이 업체는 장비라도 좋내요. 대부분 더 영세한데…

      저는 밑에서 손바닥으로 당길 때? 빨려들어갈까봐 조금 무서웠네요 ㅠㅠ 밑에서 당기는거다보니 작업 속도 맞추려고 손을 매번 확인하면서 끼이지 않게 조심할 것도 아닐텐데 ㅠ

    헐 신기방기 근데 설마 실리콘공장에서 금형까지 만드는건가
    레이저는 그나마 이해하겠는데 금형까지 만든다면 굉장하네
    물론 저정도로 다양하게 하려면 금형을 외주주어서야 돈 안되는건 느낌으로 알겠지만 여튼 굉장해

      저 생산 방식은 실리콘 중에서 가장 떨어지는 방식의 제품입니다.
      생산율도 낮고 경화제도 과산화물이라 경화 후 부산물이 나옵니다.
      특유의 군내… 그거 잡으려고 중화제도 넣죠.
      실상 식품이나 주방용등 제품은 백금을 사용한 부가방식의 경화방식을 써야 하는데 현실은 아니죠 -ㅁ -;
      그거 쓰려면 영상의 HCR방식이 아닌 LSR방식을 써야 하는데 장비가 비싸니 대부분 투자 않합니다.
      저 peroxide 경화방식은 부산물 나오는데 몸에 나쁩니다. 과산화물… 저걸 친환경이라 마케팅 하는거 보면 토악질 나옵니다.

    hello, great video. I have a few questions about this, is the silicone organically peroxide crosslinked or is it a platinum crosslinked HTV silicone? Is an extruded product created from this, or sheet material for, for example, cutting products? What is the Shore A hardness of the finished product? Do you also make silicone compound to create silicone sponge for extrusion? I worked for many years in a multifaceted silicone processing company, hence my interest. Thank you very much 🙂

      Me gustaría intentar responder a tu pregunta lo mejor posible.
      Re - Después de mezclar la silicona, ¿cuánto tiempo se mantiene la mezcla en los rodillos antes de vulcanizar? Puedo decirles que, por ejemplo, las mezclas que se producen en el MILL de 2 rodillos se basan en una mezcla de peróxido orgánico HTV (reticulación a alta temperatura). Estas mezclas se pueden almacenar fácilmente en lugares frescos durante meses hasta que se utilicen para su procesamiento.
      Para - ¿Cómo se puede eliminar el aire presente en la silicona durante el proceso de vulcanización? ¡Puedo decirles que siempre se deja escapar el aire atrapado en las mezclas antes del proceso de vulcanización! Para la producción de perfiles como cordones de silicona, se fabrican mangueras y perfiles personalizados mediante una extrusora. En la extrusora, la silicona se transporta a través de un tornillo giratorio, los pasos de dicho tornillo se vuelven cada vez más estrechos y el diámetro del núcleo del tornillo aumenta, lo que significa que el aire se ve obligado a ventilar durante el transporte inmediato, y es extremadamente Es importante que el tornillo y el tubo del tornillo estén extremadamente bien enfriados porque este proceso genera mucho calor y, sin enfriar, la silicona en el tubo del tornillo se reticularía. Los perfiles extruidos se pueden vulcanizar tanto con una caja caliente como con un túnel de calentamiento (producción continua), esto también se mide en metros por hora y el espesor del material también es responsable de ello. Otra opción es producir los perfiles en plataformas giratorias en longitudes de bobina y estos se colocan sobre láminas permeables al gas y luego se vulcanizan en un horno. Aquí ciertamente son posibles tiempos de 2 a 5 horas. También hay que mencionar que todos estos materiales producidos de esta manera aún deben ser recocidos (exposición al calor a lo largo del tiempo), esto sirve para aumentar la temperatura de transición vítrea y lograr la mejor resistencia posible del material.
      Para - ¿A qué temperatura se vulcaniza la silicona? Puedo decirle que depende esencialmente de las especificaciones de los fabricantes de silicona, así como de la tecnología de procesamiento y la experiencia que traiga consigo. En el área HTV se utilizarán seguramente entre 160 y 220 grados.

      실리콘은 열경화성입니다.
      통상 범용 실리콘은 200도 이상 장기 노출시 화학적인 연결 고리가 끊어져 실리콘 역활을 못합니다.
      또한 직접화기에 노출시는 타버리고 돌가루가 남습니다.

      We were told for producing with small machines for silicone fingers to never use gloves. Cause if the machine catches the tip of the glove it will pull you in. And the distance is sometimes below half an centimeter 🙈

      Most of it gets chopped up and re-used. I used to work in plastic injection molding and had a visitor from Korea come to the shop to see how his products which were silicone was being used with our products. One of my co workers asked about the waste and that's what he told us they did with it.
