Great name for a silicone company !!!😊
I love the snapping sounds when the bubbles pop
Is it just me, or does pulling the excess silicone off the near-finished items seem rather satisfying?
I think the same, as well as the fact that the ability to do that is built into the molds themselves.
Very good video and lots of useful information
Comme c'est merveilleux ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I never expected this to involve so much manual process.
I know I'm being pedantic, and I'm not trying to ruin your joke, because it was funny, but this is from a quick Google search:
_Both materials are widely used, both contain silicon, and they are almost spelled the same, but there are significant differences between the two. To make a long story short, silicon is an element and silicones are polymers containing silicon and oxygen, and often carbon and hydrogen as well._
Well done . Informative 👍👍👍. Thank you for sharing, be safe, 🇨🇦
I was watching this at 2x speed, and when the workers started removing the flashing, and boxing the ladles, I was super impressed.
Then I dropped back to normal playback speed, and was still impressed.
imagine just getting paid to peel the access silicone off kitchenware. i cant imagine a more calming job to have
You'd disagree when you got cancer from it.
@@hoobaguy4311 I don’t think you can get cancer from it… especially with the gloves and masks these people wear. Theres safety precautions in place for a reason.
@@hoobaguy4311why would you get cancer from it?
So labor intensive!
If they had another roller up top they send a strip up and it would o r Dow and blend it. I did this with rubber years.
The very first thin I thought when I saw those silicone blocks was "Oooh, forbidden lard."
Silikonnya betul2 harus kulaitas bagus...!!!!!
why does it need a plastic bag at the end?
It is a wonderful laboratory, I liked it very much, my friend
Your video is meaningful❤
this sold in North America?
everybody gangsta until a live leak logo appears on the top corner
So when comes to climate, change is silicone, baluster for manufacturing things, like kitchenware, and all that

1:44 Can you do this indefinitely w/ silicone?
No
I WANNA KNOW HOW MUCH THE TOP-SECRET GOO WEIGHS
That rolling machine is down right dangerous hey
That's why you don't go in it hey
only westerners are dumb enough to need OSHA
Interesting process, but honestly that dark green colour is horrible.
silicone... more like delicious ice cream cone, wow im hungry so creamy
perhaps trade secret: they may not want their own recipe for products revealed to public or rival factories
Only because being half Korean, not reading the description, and being able to recognize Hangul did I realize that this video was not Chinese. I almost threw mine away!
Doesn't they produce harmful toxins while using for cooking and storing hot food.
forbidden taffy
I don't get it, silicone is a thermoset material. This is more like a rubber material, how come you can stick it together?
Set at a specific and high temperature, sure
Coming to a landfill near you!
they come up with some really silly names
Silocn utensils reduse cancer risk.. compare to steel or wood
Wood without pesticides is perfect
so what percentage of the material is now human skin ....
Quy trình làm đồ dùng nhà bếp Hàn Quốc rất tuyệt vời. Người Hàn làm ăn rất tuyệt 🇰🇷✋.
Is this fire resistant? I need this for my wife
Is your wife made of fire?
It all ends up somewhere in the ocean
good. Then the fish can have things to make food with.
I wonder what the silicone content in their blood and tissues is.
It's hella non-reactive so whatever 🤷♀️
That is for safety
I always wondered how uhhhh, plumbuses got made
Wonder if the condoms they use are new or used? Looked like a few implants too.
The chemicals that are in the plastic will cook or bake in or in the food you eat.
Silicone isnt plastic
Tikoy
😢
It's amazing to see the workers wearing short sleeves and handling the materials with their bare hands. Where did the quality go?
The silicone is cured at 150°C for a long period of time. Nothing biological is going to survive that process.
So you don't go to restaurants because there your food gets touched with bare hands?
I wonder if micro or nano particles of plastic or silicone are transferred through daily use?
I know for sure that when using plastic cutting boards they are transmitted and enter our body.
I agree with you. I think the micro particles are transferred to our bodies if we use this dishes. I prefer use de wood dishes. 😊
Pathetic. A single one of my workers can do everyone’s job in this factory and still have 30 seconds a day to hate their life.
What happened to good old metal and wood utensils that silicone is giving us cancer
No it isn't. Plastic and silicone are different.
Wood soaks up liquids and metal scratches teflon pans. Silicone also has better non stick characteristics and in some cases the elasticity is needed
Thank you for sharing, was very interesting to watch 😮 I really enjoyed this!😊
Here’s some good news for you by the way!
Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved! Receive the free gift of Salvation today! The Lord Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, lived a perfect, sinless life, died and was buried. He rose again the third day and His blood cleanses us from all sin!! 🙏❤️
Tanta palhaçada, dinheiro, energia p nd.
We should not use it
why not ?
@@xpsmango4146probably because its made mainly of PFOA and/or other forever chemicals..
We should use what our ancestors used they are very clever then us we can use steel wood brass etc. Long and safe life
If your ancestors had silicone rubber they would have used it too.
@@EvoKeremidarov They do not use surfactants in the manufacture of silicone kitchenware. Surfactants like the now disused PFOA are present in small quantities in kitchenware that used foaming or emulsification like bakeware and non-stick pans. However, the “forever chemicals” you refer to get their name from the fact they are present in water supplies within much of the US due to illegal dumping of the chemicals by companies like DuPont, who are to blame. And you should be angry at them, not angry at kitchenware in general. It was their greed and blatant disregard for the environment and people’s health that led to the contamination of your blood.
