- Who doesn't love a great #batteredfriedfish sandwich! #FineCompany in Summerlin offers many excellent choices on their menu, including their beautiful fish sandwich. The sandwich includes their "shatter battered" Rockfish, and is served on a toasted brioche bun with their house made tartar sauce, and a "new American Cheese", which is a healthier artisan take on standard American cheese. It's crispy goodness!
I also tried their brown butter bourbon pancakes. Honestly, those are the best pancakes I've had in years! The breakfast menu is quite inviting.

Those pancakes look 🔥! The fish sandwich looks amazing but would order it no cheese, and not a fan of cheesy soup but it still looks lovely! That bun is perfection.
