I know many people that are quick to mention what they don't eat. When I ask them if they’ve eaten the specific food item, oftentimes, their response is "no". How can one know they don't like something if they’ve never had it? I recommend to try it, you might like it.
Food is a portal into different cultures, and I encourage others to try different cuisines. Doing so, is an opportunity to experience the beauty of our differences.

Many dinner tables across the country will have all of the Thanksgiving favorites, including chitterlings or chitlins if time permits. Cleaning pork intestines is a rather labor intensive job. For those that don't have time, there's a restaurant in Las Vegas that sells cleaned and cooked chitlins. Soul Food Cafe offers many soul food staples. Go Taste and See!

I am black american and I will NEVER! EVER!! eat chitlins. Give me some collard greens, black eyed peas, and yams, and rice and I am set to go.
@@katyarnold-ji8sv I can understand. However, chitlins are eaten around the world by all people. The history of chitlins in the US went from being the scraps to now a delicacy. Organ meat is very high in cholesterol, and I actually would discourage regular consumption. So yeah, I get it. Thank you for watching and commenting Katy 😊.

The lamb chops… oh my!!! They look so buttery and good!!! What did the egg plant waste taste like? That was an interesting combination. The crunchiness of the French toast reminds me of crème brûlée. Big shout out to Josper Ovens! They allow their ovens to use charcoal and woods. The oven produces pure goodness. The eggplant and pine nut combination was a palate cleansing addition. The French toast dessert was heavenly. You would’ve enjoyed the escargot. Thank you for stopping by lil homie 🥰.

I remember eating those as a child and teenage, Wilson's Hot Tamales was driving all through the streets of the Eastside selling those delicious tamales. The last time I saw him was in Cleveland Hts at the Sav a lot on Noble rd, he said his son took over the business, he still was dressed immaculately and very polite and businesslike very good man an EXCELLENT TAMALES.
