One thing to note that it is unit specific on what unit size (small, medium, large, very large) triggered collision attacks. I don't think performance against cavalry will change much. Also impact damage from charges operates with different rules, but I don't know the specifics. But generally speaking grindy monstrous units should be better against elite pieces and worse against chaff. Which I personally don't mind since it makes other infantry clearing tools like lawnmower infantry and chariots relatively better.
Also I don't think the Flock change was that impactful since OC only got 7% damage nerf. 200m cast range is still insane and the change tilted it so that the OC is more efficient damage per winds when it used to be the same as regular cast. So now people will just overcast it every time.

I was surprised at how many factions didn't receive any changes.
The more some factions are updated and improved, especially those that receive new content, the more the others are left behind, nothing new. Alarielle and Morathi are perfect examples, maybe someone will notice and CA will do something about it or maybe it will stay like this until the respective faction DLC (and I want to be optimistic and think that in the DLC these kinds of problems will be solved, but nothing guarantees it).
As much as CA now does more balancing and changes, I get the impression that the really significant changes and adjustments are relegated to the DLC, which, added to the constant escalation, makes each faction depend on being well treated in its corresponding DLC in order not to be left behind.

I think Greenskins and Orcs and Golblins have been interchangeable for over a decade now. I dont think there is any meaningful rhyme or reason why they switch between the two. I think it's literally just what they wake up feeling like that morning.

Changeling cost decrease made no sense, he should cost extra because he lets Tzeentch take any Lord or even a hero as a Lord

It’s funny because the balance just always feels tilted to multiplayer… nobody cares about multiplayer

It’s still underwhelming for campaign. If I was one of the 3 percent of players that does multiplayer I’d be very happy with this dlc

MP requires balance, SP does not.
